R - The Zombified Doll

Hello there! So, this is me. R. I'm a blue-eyed dead-pale zombie doll. I wish I could introduce myself properly, but searching through all my vague memories, all I can remember is being a beautiful doll whose days were happily spent playing around with humans and others of my kind. Then I somehow got infected by a mysterious zombie plague and someone called me "R". I like this name, as it's short and easy to remember - have I already mentioned that a zombie's memory is not his best trait? Nor his eloquence. But even though I don't say a word, I see, feel and think over everything around me. I just want to connect. Afterall, "I am a Zombie filled with Love".

Now that 2015 is gone, I'd like to thank my human, all our friends and you - yes, you... the one who's reading this, for helping me to fill my days with colour, sound and laughter, for making me feel more alive than ever... For making this little zombie a little less dead! ^^ Thank you all so much! Let's hope 2016 will be even more awesome! ;) Lots of zombie love! :D

I don’t know, would a recent cancer survivor dress as a tumor? R might have a dark sense of humor but probably not that dark.

Aww, I'm really glad to hear that! Sounds like you had a lot of fun! ^^ Where we live people didn't use to pay much attention to Halloween or celebrate it, but now they're starting to do it :) My human has always loved Halloween, and this was the second year she got to dress up (as a zombie bride hehe) and celebrate properly :) It's also our second Halloween together :)

Humm... let’s see...

1. Fresh, delicious brains  in the morning! Or any other time... I just really love brains, can’t help it! :D

2. Music! I just love listening to some music from my collection of vynil records. That’s real music! I wouldn’t want to damage my dead eardrums by playing loud music on some tiny earphones, like my human does...foolish girl... -.-’

3. Dreaming! They say that the dead don’t sleep and can’t dream... but recently I’ve been feeling a little less dead, so I’ve fallen asleep a couple times and seen some pictures inside my head. It felt really nice :)

4. Taking pictures and playing around with my human. She’s a zombie-friendly one and a sweet, funny living thing... at least when she’s in a good mood! :P 

5. Being on Tumblr with all of you, interacting with my lovely followers and getting cool messages like this one! Keep them coming! ;)

Party time!

Time surely flies, even when you are dead! I can’t believe it’s already been a year since I’ve come to live with my human! Unlike mine, her memory doesn’t tend to fail her, so she remembered this special occasion and surprised me with this giant brain!

She even included a little candle for me to blow! I can’t remember the last time I’d done that... probably because I can’t remember my last birthday...

Now, time to have some brains right from my favourite skull-shaped bowl! Yummy! :D

Once I was nothing more than infectious waste, a carrier of the zombie plague... hunted, exiled and avoided by everyone at all costs...

Until the day I met a human, who was different from any other of her kind...

She didn’t run away or tried to kill me...

Because she knew that zombies need some love too! :)

Congratulations to my human, who has just graduated from Medical School! :D  Where we live there’s this “Blessing of the Ribbons” ceremony, a parade where the graduating students wear their college uniforms and carry a small briefcase full of ribbons with messages from family and friends :)

I’m happy she asked me to write one for her as well. So don’t forget to be the cure, Doctor Human! :P

And her family of humans had this giant cake for her! I find it really sweet, but where are my brains?! :P

Thank you so much, pullipprincess! :D Me and her family of humans are all very proud! I'm also happy, because now this little living thing might get more time to play with me, walk around and take some pictures :) I'm a zombie, but I don't like to be at home with nothing fun to do :P
