i just found out about the isr*el production of cats... so of course i had to watch it and heres some of my first thoughts upon seeing around half of act one:

genuinely one of the worst non-replicas i have seen

the costumes are SO MISMATCHED and none of the characters even slightly resemble their original look

you can tell in most low quality recordings that the actors have good vocals and sound DECENT together in it but here??? HOOTING AND HOLLERING. i do not look forwards to any number that has a lot of cats singing together at the same time (so. most of the songs)

most of the cats have EXPOSED HUMAN NECKS THAT ARE UNPAINTED AND ARE EXTREMELY OFF PUTTING PLEASE COVER UP
