Two comics in one week? It's like a double rainbow!

The girlpla in question is Knight Mecha Girl Series Warrior Goddess Shako Model Kit (yes, that's the name, at least on BBTS) So far, quality is... not great. The hair parts are made of a cheaper rubbery plastic, I had to widen the wrist holes so the hands would fit into them properly, and the shoulder joints are EXTREMELY tight - like, I'm genuinely worried they might shear off. I might try to pop them out and file them down a little bit, but frankly I don't know if popping them out will break them, too. Hopefully, the armored body and the bike aren't this bad.

Speaking of quality issues, this comic is also my official humblebrag that I have Haslab RID Omega Prime! I knew about the problem with Optimus's spine, so the first thing I did was to take the torso apart and file down the offending piece. He's pretty good other than that.

Also, I didn't realize that base form Optimus was so THICC. I know it's because of the super mode, but DAYUM does this Prime have child-bearing hips. He's almost hourglass-shaped.

I'm in a bit of a fey mood this week, so I made another quick comic. I got another one I'm working on that I'll post later this week.

Dialogue is based on this infamous shitpost.

The mushroom is one of the minifigs from the Mr. Beast Lab Swarms toyline (his Grossery Gang/Botbots wannabee, basically). No, I don't watch Mr. Beast, I just like these stupid minifigures.

The soul-rending stare of this pixellated portabello is still not as terrifying as the dead-eyed gaze of Mr. Beast himself. Seriously, he's not as soulless as, say, Mark Zuckerberg, but the man looks like he's gazed into the abyss. And yelled "MISTUR BEEAAAST!!!" into it.

So, a little game called Palworld dropped its 1.0 update last Friday. I bought it while I was in early access, since I like free-roam survival games, and I was very much looking forward to the official release. I wasn't expecting Pocketpair to add a bunch of new Pals alongside the new story content!

BTW, I've heard that the Nintendo lawsuit might be ending soon.... And from what I've heard, I'm not thrilled with the end result. While we got the most important victory - Nintendo being unable to nuke Palworld out of existence like they wanted - apparently Pocketpair is still going to have to pay out $30K. Sure, that's probably pocket change for a corporation, but that's not the issue here. Nintendo still technically won this case, and that'll probably give them enough incentive to do this again with another indie company at some point. Ah well, I don't have a Switch 2, so I wasn't planning on buying Pokopia or Winds&Waves anyway.

The bottom figure is Perfect Effect PE-09 Ninja, AKA 3rd Party Classics Rosanna. I was only going to have Micronus and Sky Blast, but I felt it'd be appropriate to include her as well.

So, Warframe dropped some previews for the new Tau expansion

To be frank, I thought the Sentients' culture would be something a lot more alien, something that would reflect their weird natures. But they're going with a Film Noir theme, and a lot of what they're describing is surprisingly human for a race of eldritch machines. Granted, I haven't played through The New War, or The Old Peace, so maybe their civilization is supposed to resemble that of Earth, but it just seems weird from an outside perspective.

On the other hand, Dick Tracy-ing my way through Tau sounds incredibly entertaining, especially if they play the Noir Detective thing to the hilt. I had better hear the line "Sleep With The Fishes" in this story Quest, DE.
