One of the things I like about the animation in TADC, specifically character animation, is that at the start of the series Jax seems to have the most control over his body. Which makes sense since he tries to make him self out to be a cartoon as much as possible, so completely (as a coping mechanism) even though we know he isn't perfect at it. Mean while the rest of the cast (human side of it) seam to not have a lot of control over their bodies, but as the series progresses and they become more secure in who they are and more comfortable with themselves, as well as more ok with the situacion they find themselves in, they become more in control of their avatars. Appearing as they are now one with them compared to what we had seen at the start (which also fits perfectly in to the message of the show of loving and accepting every part of yourself). On the other hand Jax is not doing ok. As now his mask (as well as sanity) is slipping and he seems to be the one out of place.

Now that more votes are coming in I have to insert myself in the situatoion/conversation and say:

He is one of my most favorite characters of all time. That is why I may have a little bit of a bias while choosing who I like more, but let's be honest...

it's Macacque.

The worst part is that I can not help it your drawing of him is just so GOOD, not to mention that your design for his human form is simply putting it pretty (very pretty).
