from what I’ve gathered from tvl spoiler tumblr the last almost eighty years for Claudia have been her ripping her way through LITERAL HELL on a Wait For Me-esque search for the only person who ever chose her without hesitation, condition or care for consequence, the only truly good thing in her immortal life, and watching her father-brother-throwers of pillows use her memory as an excuse to satisfy their own unsatisfied grief. Living for wrathful raging book accurate Claudia. I know wishing Madeline went to hell is an awful thing but GOD. WHY CANT THEY BE TOGETHER. Now I’m thinking of Claudia sitting in hell, wondering whether she’d be where Madeline is if she’d just died in that fire. But if she’d died in that fire, she never would have met Madeline at all. Meanwhile Madeline in heaven, literal paradise, cursing herself for not being more of a monster in life because maybe then she’d be with her immortal companion, her coven, her Claudia.
