it was 9pm and you were at a party. great right? well yeah, especially since you were there with your boyfriend niki. he had asked you nicely to come with him and who were you to say no?

“baby im gonna go sit with the boys okay?” niki said as he slowly released the hand that was lying on your waist. he smiled at and looked in your eyes. you nodded as you smiled and quickly gave him a kiss on his lips before you went off the sit with your friend, yuna.

“yn my love!” yuna said as you walked closer to her. “hey girl!!” you said as you sat next to her on the couch. you two were catching up on all the drama and all the news around the school, which you two normally did at lunch. “so you and niki?” yuna teased as she nudged your side slightly. “hes so sweet honestly, i really like him” you said as your eyes traveled to said boy. you smiled and turned your attention back to yuna. “i think we can all see, you two are jus too cute, i want what you two have” yuna pouted. you laughed at her.

while yuna was talking about her crush and their mini interaction, you felt the couch beside you dip. you turned your head and saw non other than yeonjun. you knew about him, everyone did. he was on the rugby team with niki. “hi” he huffed out. “hi” you said as you smiled at him.

unbeknownst to you, from across the room a certain someone was watching this whole interaction go down and didnt like it. he furrowed his eyebrows and clenched his jaw slightly. he didnt like how you were laughing with him. nor did he like how close he was sitting to you. “dude calm down, if it bothers you so much then jus go up there and do something” jake said after he saw how worked up niki got. “nah its cool” niki said without taking his eyes off from you.

“so you single?” yeonjun asked as he took a sip from his drink. “no, my boyfriend’s niki, you two are on the same rugby team no?” you said to him. “ahhhh niki! oh so you’re the one making him so happy lately isn’t it” yeonjun teased as he laughed at your expression. you started blushing and looked away for a moment. niki definitely didn’t like that. how could he make you blush like that? his own girlfriend?

you were still laughing and enjoying your conversation with yeonjun when suddenly someone shouted your name. “yn” niki said coldly as he glared at yeonjun. “oh hey man i was jus-“ “shut the fuck up yeonjun. come on we’re going home yn” niki interrupted yeonjun as he held out his hand for you to grab. “but i thought-“ “lets go yn” niki said once more. you sighed and stood up. “sorry yeonjun, it was great to meet you!” you said as you smiled at him before niki grabbed you and walked out.

“niki what the fuck was that about” you said as you stood outside by his car. “get in the car yn” niki said as he walked to the drivers side. “no! what is your issue, cant i have-“ “get in the car yn.” niki said as he looked at you. you didn’t recognise the look he had in his eyes. it was cold, it wasn’t niki. you sighed as you got into the car.

on the way home you both sat in silence. it was awkward, to say the least. you didn’t know what happened and why he was acting like this but there was no way you were gonna let him treat you as if you were something he owned.

once you got home, niki opened the door and went straight to your room. “so you’re not gonna explain yourself?” you shouted slightly. “fine, im gonna go back to that party that i was actually enjoying.” you shouted and turned around, heading towards the door. “you better not” niki said as he started walking down to the living room where you were. “why? give me one reason why the fuck you decide we were gonna leave” you said frustratedly. niki kept quiet.

“unbelievable” you laughed and turned back to the door. “no” he said as he grabbed your wrist. “niki let me go” you said as you looked at him seriously. “why do you want to go back? so you can cuddle up to yeonjun again? so that he can make you blush? so that you two can flirt again? are you forgetting that you’re my girlfriend yn?” niki said frustratedly. “is this all because you’re fucking jealous? seriously niki? i didnt act like this when you had like 5 girls lining up to talk to you.” you shouted in anger. “that’s different” niki said. “how? how! is it different niki” you shouted in his face. “because unlike you i know when to fucking stop. i know not to fall for their traps. im fucking loyal yn!” niki shouted back.

you were taken aback. you heart dropped. you arent…loyal? tears started collecting in your eyes. “what” you whispered in disbelief. niki finally looked you in your eyes and he felt regret. the words left his mouth all too fast and he wasn’t thinking. it was in the heat of the moment type of thing and he didn’t mean it. his eyes widened at the tears that were dripping down your face. “yn i-“ “please just” you interrupted him as continuous tears fell down your face. niki felt bad. tears started brimming in his eyes too as you ripped your hand from his hold and walked towards the guest room. “yn” niki tried to call out for you again. you shook your head and laughed slightly. “and to think that i thought i was enough for you. please just leave me alone niki” you said sadly as you closed the guest rooms door.

niki sighed in frustration as he gripped his hair with his hands. he started sobbing. it was so hard that his heart started hurting. he cant believe the fact that he let his jealousy and insecurities take over him. his past relationships weren’t the best, and you knew that but when he was with you it felt different but he fucked up everything once again. oh how he wished he could turn back time. “im so sorry baby” he whispered while crying and soon he fell asleep from exhaustion.

“hey love” you whispered sadly. after about 2hrs of sitting in the guest room you decided to come outside for a snack but instead you were met with your boyfriend who was sleeping on the couch with tear stained cheeks. niki’s eyes slowly fluttered open upon you calling his name. you gently brushed his hair away from his face. “lets go sleep in our room okay?” you said softly to him. he nodded his head and got up while yawning. “im so sorry baby, i didn’t know what i was thinking” niki said as tears started forming in his eyes again. “hey hey, its okay, how about we go sleep and talk about this tomorrow morning okay? i forgive you baby, now come” you said as you gave him a comforting smile. he nodded and walked to your room.

once you both were settled in bed, he wrapped his arms around your waist and rested his head in your shoulder. “close your eyes and go sleep, im not angry at you i promise” you said as you kissed his forehead. “i don’t deserve you” niki said with his eyes closed. you smiled and played with his hair as he drifted off into dream land.

“Girl, tell me what you're doing on the other side”

You and sunghoon had been in the talking stage for around two months now the both of you were slightly possessive of each other but you knew your boundaries. Sunghoon didn't like your friends and knew they were manipulating you behind your back on the other side of closed doors. As bad as sunghoon wanted you he decided to wait

“'Cause I ain't got patience to slow down the pace”

Weeks go by and sunghoon had been waiting patiently to be able to call you his but he's losing his patience. The pace the two of you were going was getting slower by the day and he noticed it only happened when you were around your friends he often wondered if they were influencing you. 

“All your girlfriends are wasted”

You went to a club with your friends and you being the lightweight of the group decided to not drink and be the designated driver however that all changed when you saw sunghoon in the distance dancing with another girl. As soon as you begin to stare in his direction he turns his head and the both of you make eye contact. Sunghoon smoothly weaves around the crowd with a smirk going toward you unbeknownst to him all your friends are wasted and it was just you and him.

“Believe when I say that you'll know once you taste it”

Time flies by as you and sunghoon become intoxicated dancing around with each other and having a good time. It didn't take much for sunghoon to realize you get rather drunk quickly so he would be taking you home that night. As the two of you dance something catches your eye. How perfect sunghoon actually is you never sat and actually admired his features but when you do you just so happened to be hung up on one feature. His lips you never knew if it was the right time to kiss him you've craved the taste of his cherry lip balm but you've never had the confidence to make a move. Suddenly you feel a warm sensation on your lips and as you open your eyes you realize you were kissing the park sunghoon. 

“Heart on your sleeve like you've never been loved”

A few minutes into the kiss you pull away. You were entirely ready to put your heart on the table for him despite the protests from your friends that are currently passed out on the club couches. You just didn't know how he felt. “You know you wear your heart on your sleeve” he states looking at you with loving eyes. “I like it that way,” you say taking a sip of your drink.

“Running in circles, now look what you've done ”

“You know we've been going in circles about us,” you say looking everywhere but at sunghoon. “Then let's settle it”. 

“Wish you'd let me stay, I'm ready now”

As the night went on the two of you become more than a fling you became lovers you finally let him stay with you and be by your side. The both of you wanted it anyways you just needed a slight drunken push. And your friends weren't your friends in the first place, to be honest.

You and jungwon had been dating for almost three years now. Jungwon has been undeniably in love with you for all three of the years however you can't say the same. As days go by your feelings for him decrease but you don't want to hurt his feelings so you stay quite unknown to you he already knows but doesn't want to lose you.

“Will end it, just let me go”

As much as you wanted to end the relationship you wanted to preserve his feelings as much as possible little did the both of you know jungwon was longing for you to break his heart so he could move on

“She wouldn't tell me why its time to say goodbye”

Time upon time night after night the two of you would fight saying you were going to end the relationship but never did. Every night you ended up sleeping in each other's arms forgetting about your sorrows for a few hours. There was never a distinct reason to fight it was just an endless loop that neither of you seemed to be able to break.

“Say that she can't decide” 

Jungwon would ask you from time to time if you really wanted to stay with him. You never gave him a straight answer and just said you can't decide or brushed the question off knowing you didn't even know yourself. 

“I wanna see you when you're lying right here next to me”

Once again fight after fight sleeping in each other's arms. Your cheek pressed against his chest his hand twirling in your hair “I like it when you are next to me” he whispers just low enough for you to hear before the two of you had to get up for your busy days. 

“When I fall asleep give me cyanide”

Jungwon often went to sleep tearful with you in his arms as if you were his personal brand of heroin that was killing him more day by day but he was too addicted to give up.

“Stay or should I go”

The both of you often contemplated staying or leaving but never made your final decision which only led to disaster. 

“When she comes to take another soul”

You often felt like jungwon was connected to you soul deep because despite how much you fought you were finished the next day. Meanwhile, jungwon felt the same way just from a different perspective he felt that if you left you were going to take away his soul leaving him depressed and dull.

“But something brings me back to you”

No matter what happened you were always drawn back to each other you were his reaper.

summary: u and niki confessed to each other not long ago, now you're at his dorm for the first time hanging out and watching a movie. 02z cameo at the end hehe

"so, i know you're nervous about meeting the guys, but they're all busy tonight." niki said reassuringly. we had been dating for less than a month, but i knew niki's friends were practically his family. they were all older than me, or us, by years.

"okay, phew. not that i don't want to meet them, its just.."

"don't worry, i get it. it'll just be us tonight!" niki said excitedly. somehow he understood me perfectly already.

i turned on the tv and the familiar nflix logo came up. niki mimicked it cutely*.

"shh, its starting!" i said. at first we sat a couple inches away from each other. i was still a little nervous around him, even after a couple dates. but niki, feeling as confident as ever, pulled me closer until i was basically on his lap. i gave a quick glance at him and he was blushing furiously (but hid it well).

normally niki fell asleep during any movie or tv show, but he was immediately invested in the show we were watching. luckily we both liked horror. the finale came and went, and we were both a sobbing mess.

"and then the part when- when it got him"

"but she came too late," niki sniffled with me.

before we knew it, it was 11 pm and we were both groggy. niki yawned, putting his arm around my waist, resting his head on my chest. i played with his hair absentmindedly, until i noticed the time.

"i should really get going, you know". I poked niki awake.

"no, stay y/n. cuddle with me for 20 more minutes, and i'll walk you home," niki murmured. after we came to that compromise, we fell asleep cuddling on the sofa.

two hours later ______________________________________________

(02z came back to the dorm from a late night drink)

suddenly three guys stumbled into the dorm, turning on the lights.

"niki's not home yet." jake frowned, confused.

"i thought he was gonna be back from his date by 10:00. he better bring y/n over sometime, i wanna meet her." jay spoke.

they went over to the living room, even more confused by the smell of popcorn. that is, until they saw niki and y/n fast asleep on the couch.

"so this is y/n, huh," sunghoon said.

"hey, don't be mean! they're cute." jake grinned.

"our baby niki has grown up" jay joked.
