I’m afraid we have a far more urgent problem.

She was not fragile like a flower; She was fragile like a bomb.

A note from your Secret Santa:
“Audrey, They aren’t the best, but they’re SOME of the best. Movies only get better then a musical aspect is added, so enjoy these classics. Happy Holidays.“

“That’s strange…Your grand-father sounds interesting.” Jaeki said with a tilt of his head, “Most countries have some history they aren’t…proud of. America’s coming to independence is something a lot of people get inspiration from.” He says with a shrug of his shoulder, “So, that violence still inspires, and that’s impressive.”
“Meh, this is college, the librarians are just students with work study.” He said with a laugh, “Trust me, unless there’s exams that don’t give a shit.” He tilts his head, “What’s your major, Audrey?”
“That’s the perfect word.” With a nod Audrey lets her eyes wander to the book on the table. Listening to the male speak she chuckles softly. “I actually have never thought about it that way.”
“Where’s the lie?” Shaking her head she smiles. “Theater arts.” Turning her head she looks at him. “What about you Jaeki?” In a few days, Audrey would be rushing to her class, and this conversation would seem like it happened ages ago. She knew that the phone call she received would disappear from her memory. But it made her wonder if she would forget about meeting the male as well.

“Carter,” he replied, shaking her hand before leaning back in his chair. “I mean, having a love of nature isn’t the worst thing in the world,” he commented, a small smile on his face. “And while it’s not necessarily woods here, there’s plenty of nature to see around here.” With a shrug, he took a sip of his coffee and tilted his head. “Are you planning on keeping with the whole photography company thing or doing something else?”
“Very true. Crocs take that place. And then after crocs, just everything horrible about the world.” Drumming her hands on the table she nods. “That there is.” Scrunching her nose Audrey laughs. “God, no. That whole family business thing, it’s just not for me. That’s all my cousin wants to do though.” Shaking her head slightly she folds her arms. “I just would rather not deal with all of it.”

“Kids are the worst,” Elizabeth mused after listening to the younger girl speak. Wintertime in Southern California was certainty a trip. “I think a lot of sketchy decisions have been made in the planning of this event, but I’m still solid on the fact that having my dad as a guest judge is the worst of them all.”
“They’re little tyrants.” Running a hand through her hair she nods. “I’ll take your word for it.” Arching her brow Audrey leans to the side shaking her head. Knitting her brows she lets a laugh out. “Wait... Do they have a chef or baker judging it at least? I mean it is a baking contest, please tell me they do.”
