Built between 1988, designed by Josef Klimeš as a public art pieces accompanying Barrandovský most. In 1965, the government of Czechoslovakia adopted a resolution which ordered that 4% of the budget of the new constructions be dedicated to funding permanent placement of site specific works of art. The law existed until 1992.
