HOW is it living in nyc. I hear some people love it but some people say it smells 😢

it is very smelly here yes. Waiting for the bus or the train means you gotta inhale bus exhaust and subway bacteria and especially right now in the summertime the heat that we get here is the worst. Also because everyone leaves their trash out on the sidewalk the heat cooks it and it smells disgusting. There are lots of rats and 90 percent of the time the streets are nasty. But it’s also very nice and beautiful here a lot of the time. Living in NYC is nice because I can just go to famous places and it’s normal because I live here. Im admittedly a city person and I’m a lot more comfortable in big urban spaces so that’s probably why I like how weird and gross the city i live in is. Anyways it’s very true what everyone says about the pretty skyline at night and the Statue of Liberty and all the famous stuff here.

tldr: nyc is the greatest city in the world and you should come visit sometime (in the winter because it sucks here in summer) it’s kind of gross and dirty but I like it and we have really good restaurants. Knicks in 5
