I think Lexa definitely had feelings for Clarke from very early on and you can kind of pick up on that throughout the few episodes that she’s in. But Clarke wasn’t expecting it. She wasn’t feeling that way, but I think as soon as it happened she’s like ‘oh wow, yeah, that’s where I’m at.’ I don’t think it was strategic, I don’t think it was like a power play, I think it was just emotions, feelings. Feels.
