One of the most anticipated and absolutely incredible dining experiences was at Leo, a restaurant that came highly recommended and rightly so. 🙂 Here’s just some of the glorious dishes this 7 course dining menu included: 1. Amuse Bouche featuring prawn, fish, tuna, trout 2. Cucumber melon with Zapote and coconilla 3. Crab with galanga and peach palm fruit 4. Thistle mushroom with macadamia nut sauce 5. Duck with corn 6. Mutton with tallo leaf and arhuaco cocoa 7.
