I have returned lol after 2 years
Yea so what has happened since I've last used this thing intensely... Gained back all the weight I originally lost + 15 lbs. Started college (well, there you go.) It's not that I fell into the stereotypical "Freshman 15", per se... I just don't have time (or so I think) to make food myself, so I'm always eating out 3x a day. Plus, I'm a barista, so all the food we do have is unhealthy and yea .. Hah. Well, here's to redeeming myself!Â
Work is helping me eat healthier.
At the end of day camp, some of the staff members prepare a meal from scratch for all of us. Tonight's meal consisted of the following:
sticky rice w/ a little corn
grilled chicken
broccoliÂ
cherries
grapesÂ
milkÂ
It tasted alright to me. It could've used some more spices for an extra punch. It was a small portion size, too, because kids get the same amount. And I'm full. I'm liking where this is going.Â
I need to get my shit together.
Will be on a hiatus until then.
Schools out, so now I can fully focus on losing weight. yay.
And I followed everyone back. I'll check out blogs later.

I know I sound like a broken record, but NO ONE hates themselves to the body they want. The only way to get the body you want is to LOVE the body you have. Treat it like a best friend. And best friendâs donât talk shit about each other.

Dragonboat kicked my ass yesterday.
It was my first day of practice. My friend convinced me to join her team. Oh goodness. The whole practice was from 9:30am-1:30pm. This was the whole workout:
Dynamics (Slight jog back and forth, high knees, butt kickers, etc.)
2 mi. runÂ
Strength training (reps of scissor kicks, jumping jacks, etc.)
PaddlingÂ
It doesn't sound like too much, but trust me, it killed me. I am so sore this morning, goodness gracious. BUT I LOST 3 LBSSSSSSSSS. WHOOT.
Gonna wipe out my entire tumblr and start over, start fresh.
I really have to start taking this shit seriously. I am not happy with the way I look and sometimes I tell myself I am because Iâm just a lazy piece of shit who doesnât have the motivation of a peanut.
You might think this is a strange combo of colors , but I love it (: and I want it ! Time to save up my $$.
