Order of who gets knocked out (Sophie’s officiating, Elwin is on speed dial):

Keefe. It’s the Sencen in him. He tries, but he can’t make it. He does not live it down

Biana. She also tries, and it’s only out of pure spite that she manages to beat Keefe, and even then it’s only by a few seconds

Jensi. He drops a few minutes after Biana. No one knows how he made it that long, but they’re pretty sure he was just drinking slower

Marella. She was knocking back sprites as fast as Sophie could open them. She insists when she wakes up that if she’d paced herself, she would have done better

Tam. He did not stop complaining about the bubbles the entire time. “It’s like sparkling water but worse”. Marella’s pretty sure he pretended to conk out so he didn’t have to drink any more

Linh. This surprised a lot of people. Sophie noticed she was removing the liquid from it and just drinking water, leaving the rest of it in the cup. She was disqualified unless she agreed to mix the flavouring with another can. She did. She did not wake up for several days

Stina. Out of a pure desire to rub it in Sophie’s face. She throws an empty can at Fitz when she wakes up

Dex. He’s had some with Kesler before, he knows what to expect and how to counter it. He’s eternally pissed that he came second

Fitz. It was the only thing he drank in the Forbidden Cities. He’s had the practice. Dex and Keefe and Biana think that’s cheating. Fitz will hear none of it.
