I have some of my best conversations when I’m running
Hi!! So I've been trying to lose weight for quite some time now.. I'm 215 pounds.. I noticed I started burning less calories when I workout now... Like whn I go on the treadmill, I used to burn around 565 calories in 45 mins.. Now i burn around 525 and it's gotten me so discouraged! :( Also, it's not because I'm doing the same thing, I switch up between walking and walking with HITT. Any ideas?
That's because a large truck burns more gas then a small truck. Same with humans. The smaller we are, the less energy our body has to use. Don't be discouraged, try new things. Add in jump rope after after every mile. Lift some weights. Join a rec game. Physical hobby like yoga or hooping :)
Hey how do you know what to eat when you're trying to lose weight? I'm researching but I don't quite understand it. Thank you!
Good question, think of it more as how much to eat. You're aloud to everything. Just how much, how often. :)
When you first started running did people say shit to you and if they did how did you not let it bug you?
They did. People made comments about my breathing. Obsessive sweating. How loud I was. All of it 😂high school kids aren't nice. I would avoid it by working out after school when no one was there. We would have a cardio day in gym weekly, and I'd run regardless of what people said. What I do is for me, if someone takes time out of their own day to say negative things about me doing something positive. That's something wrong with them, not my loud breathing. Hope this helped!
