The board forgot to renew our snow removal contract. We just got 3ft of snow and expect 2ft more along with freezing rain.  The city is threatening to charge us if we can’t get the side walks clear. There is one shovel, a small shovel.

There was a fire.

The blacksmiths nearly set the building ablaze and burned down the fence in the middle of -13 degree weather and in 3ft of snow. Someone put hot coals back in out door coal storage beside the building. It was on the news, there was video, the fire department is breathing down our necks.
