I feel like there’s a lot of pressure and posts out there about it that don’t talk about the people who feel in between

You can regress to any age, baby to teen, and use any comfort item you want, for example you can be a middle regressor and use pacis and bottles or you can be a baby regressor and not like that stuff at all (not that you need comfort items like that to regress just using it as an example)

It’s about what makes you happy and what makes you feel comfortable

Regression is very personal and you don’t have to fit yourself into a box 🧸
