What differentiates me from other videographers: Client service. I'm there to capture the story of the day, but also to serve the bride and groom, the mom and dad, the people being celebrated. I've been a listening ear for a bride having a rough morning, I've been a "gopher" to run and grab things for the groom. I do whatever it takes to make your day run smoothly (while still creating a video you'll want to re-watch). Passion. I genuinely just enjoy filming and editing weddings, family and newborn session, and celebrations. During the school year, I teach at media production course at Waukee APEX. On the weekends and during the summer, I'm telling stories. What booking with me means: My full-day wedding package is $2,500 for a Des Moines-area wedding. Please reach out with questions about travel costs if your big day is outside Des Moines. I’ll be there with the bride while she and her bridesmaids are getting makeup done and dresses on, the groomsmen while they’re getting ready, during pictures, during the ceremony, and at the reception through toasts, cake cutting, and first dances. Clients receive a personalized USB drive with: a 1-minute preview cut* a 5-8 minute highlight video of their day** a video of the full ceremony other short videos of footage that didn’t make the cut for the highlight video (speeches, first dances, cake cutting) * Uploaded to Vimeo within 2 weeks of the wedding ** Uploaded to Vimeo within 4 weeks of the wedding To book a wedding, I ask for a $500 retainer with the other $2,000 coming at least one week before the wedding.
