Why hello there

Fun day running & hiking on the Ohiopyle trails. Decided to pop in the water for a relaxing ice bath afterwards!

Scenes from Run Woodstock this past weekend! Polar Bear gearing up for the 50k, Grizzly finishing top 5 in her AG & the Oxidized Puma rocking his 2nd place AG in the 50k! Other pics are from the Hippie Hike to Hell, the Trippin' 5k & of course, the buttons!! We had so much fun - already looking forward to next year.

A few weeks ago the Bears ran the Red Eye Relay down in Bloomington, IN. It just so happened that our 3 teams tied for the win in the "ultra" division! It was challenging for sure but great fun overall. Total miles: 103 Total Time: 16:27:00 Teams: Grin & Bear It, Dirt Cheetahs & Rusty Bear Trap
