Just to make sure I’m clear on this; 11th edition’s headliner conflict is the current battle for Armageddon. The astartes chapter that has taken centre stage, and features in both the 11e starter set and on the cover of the 11e obligatory novel, is the Blood Angels.
To celebrate the Imperial victory in the player-driven Siege of Death Mire campaign on Armageddon, they’ve released… an Ultramarines mini.
You simply cannot make this up.
It gets even funnier. Look at this:
This is the image they chose in the article to promote the next stage of the fight. They could not be bothered to paint a librarian in Blood Angel colors.
Look at the mighty posterboy of the new edition there in the back left slightly blurred out of focus...
I don't disagree with the fact that they don't bother as usual, but still, this is not the most appropriate example. We can't see his left shoulder pad, so we can't tell whose heraldry is on it.
However, we can look at other photos from past reveals of Armageddon box:

And here is Ultramarine Librarian from new Starter Box:
Note the white cape.
