Annoyed by veganism? Imagine how irritating is it to have to remind people that killing is wrong.
Instagram: @earthlinglee Why choose cruelty over compassion? Drink plant milk; it does the body good! 🌱
On a night without moon or stars you can’t see a thing, but you can imagine anything.

I remember first learning that you can cry from any emotion, that emotions are chemical levels in your brain and your body is constantly trying to maintain equilibrium. so if one emotion sky rockets, that chemical becomes flagged and signals the tear duct to open as an exit to release that emotion packaged neatly within a tear. Everything made sense after learning that. That sudden stability of your emotions after crying. How crying is often accompanied by the inability to feel any other emotion in that precise moment. And it is especially beautiful knowing that it is even possible to experience so much beauty or love or happiness that your body literally can’t hold on to all of it. So what I’ve learned is that crying signifies that you are feeling as much as humanely possible and that is living to the fullest extent. So keep feeling and cry often and as much as needed
I don't care why you're fat. It is not important.
It’s ok to be fat- that is important.

FIVE THINGS YOU SHOULD DO EVERYDAY: i. tell the most important people in your life that you love them. especially yourself. ii. remind yourself why you’re still breathing. iii. find one thing to be grateful for. iv. learn something new–even if it’s a new joke. never stop being curious. v. take a deep breath. feel the cool air fill your lungs. think about all the cells whose very existence are dedicated to keeping your alive.

Although it might be considered “a dark time” or “bad memory,” there is something so comforting about thinking of your rock bottom moments, the times you thought you wouldn’t make it out. The comfort lies in knowing you did, indeed, make it out, and not as the same person– but stronger, more resilient, wiser. Don’t resist the tougher times, lean into them. It’s a growing phase.
Losing weight is exciting. Seeing positive change is exciting. Reaching your goals is exciting. So just keep going.
