Having predicted he would get a bad attitude in response to his question, Hyunwoo took note that he was proven wrong once again as he handed over the equipment; however, the times he was proven wrong never really did much for him in terms of his anxiety about approaching total strangers. “Oh— thank you. It’s on loan..” Which was probably obvious, considering he was no where near a professional photographer, and therefore would probably go for the cheapest camera available instead. But he stayed quiet after that to keep from going into a long explanation, surprised as he watched the woman work with the camera as if he had been born with one in her hands. At least, it seemed that way to Hyunwoo, who needed an extra minute just to figure out where the memory slots were. Even though what followed sounded like technical jargon, he was impressed.

“Thank.. Thank you? I have no idea how.. what that even was.. but, thank you” He chuckled, watching as the screen lit up and the obnoxious banner that usually flashed across it was no where to be seen. “Are you a professional? I have a friend who’s into photography as well, but I think it’s only hobby for her.” Unsure just what he was trying to say, he pursed his lips for a moment and then cleared his throat. “I meant, you seem to know a lot..”

❝I wish I was a professional! Unfortunately, I'm just a hobbyist. I don't even have a digital camera, look at this junk I brought with me.❞ She held up her own piece of equipment; it was a very, very old Polaroid instant film camera. The surface was scratched and smudged from age, but it seemed to be in good working shape despite outer appearances. ❝Anyway, I guess I learned about cameras due to my band mates always needing repairs on their own. They’re too lazy to go to a shop, the poor guys.  If your camera starts acting up again, let me take a look at it again. I’ll be here for a couple more hours, I think.❞

She gazed out into the scenic view, adjusting the bag hanging from her shoulder. This man, he seemed friendly (if a little timid, but maybe she was wrong about that). Maybe, he could keep her company for a little bit? It was a rather boring trip, after all. But, why did he seem so familiar? ❝Hey,❞ she spoke up, turning her head to catch a glimpse at him, ❝What's your name? I feel like I've seen you somewhere before. My name is Waa, by the way! It’s nice to meet you.❞

♡ (` Music is her life. It’s the only thing that gets her out of bed. One way to worm into her heart is to talk to her about music, because she’ll always be excited about it. She’s not picky about genres, just as long as the music is well produced. Jazz, hip hop, rock, pop. Anything, really!

♡ (` She’s very drawn to people who have a lot of passion/interest in their own hobbies. There’s no such thing as ‘talking too much’ around her. If someone has a strong interest in something, she’d love to hear about it.

What a weird question to read right after waking up. I don't like anyone! I mean-- wow, that sounds really bad. That sounds like I actually dislike every other human being. Let me rephrase myself, okay? I'm not interested in anyone like that. There are some people that are so pretty that I’d like to draw them like one of my French girls, but I think that’s it.

Someone that won’t tell me to shut up when I watch The Temptations movie. Uh... (`she ends up staring at a random spot on the wall, eyes unmoving as she lets her mind ponder the question.; Joking! Oh, anon, I don’t know. I never think about things like that, it seems like a bit of a waste. I guess my ideal type would be someone with really nice hands and a good laugh. Is this a bad answer? It probably is. I’m sorry! I tried. It’s 2AM, my brain hurts.

cherry: what's your favorite dessert?

I like how I've gotten this about three times, this is the best question ever. Uh--! I still have so many choices, when it comes to this. I really like chocolate fondue. It's practical for someone as lazy as I am, it's also pretty hard to mess up. How can you mess up fondue? It's melted chocolate and a bunch of stuff to dip, what could go wrong? Anyway, I learned how to make chili chocolate dip. It's... Incredible. Holy smokes.

fuchsia: if you got married, what would you want the ring to look like? 

If I got married, I’d have to ask in what universe. I suppose I’d like an opal with a rose gold band. It’s not as tacky as it sounds.

This question is hard. Not because I lack a favorite jewel, it's actually the exact opposite. I have too many favorites! I-- uh. I like moonstone, of the star variety. Moonstone is really nice. I also like star rose quartz. You know what? I just really like rose quartz. It's probably the one gemstone to rule 'em all.

cherry: what's your favorite dessert? 

This isn't really dessert-y, but there's this amazing candy bar I've recently discovered. It's chocolate with sea salt and coconut curry. Now, here me out. It's not gross. This chocolate is actually really good? Odd combination, but it works. Anyway, I eat one every Saturday. I'd make it a daily thing if they weren't so damn expensive.

I’m a total peasant, so I’d rather roll with simple things. Having the occasional indulgence is just a-okay, but it’s something I like to avoid. I don’t know, there’s something weird about high end lifestyles. I have rich friends back home, and I think their world is interesting; it’s very sparkly and well kept. I'm a total hypocrite, though! I always end up buying fancy candies every couple of weeks. That’s just a little splurge, though.

Cheesecake. What kind? Honestly, any. I’m pretty sure, in a former life, I was a queen of cheesecake. In a cheesecake kingdom. On a throne made of, you guessed it, cheesecake. In fact, I’m shoving some into my face at this very moment. Oh, cheesecake... I wish I knew how to quit you.

It's not very cute, I can tell you that. It's very broad, very scratchy. I guess you could say my handwriting is masculine? When I write in English everything is so pointy. Sharp. Like, hm... Like that one writing style from the 80s. You know the one.
