Is Washington still up for grabs? And how do you apply?

Washington is still open! If you go to the blog there’s a link that says application you click that, there’s a link on the bottom of the application that will take you to a sample one you can use to help, but you copy and paste the app (either into the submit box or like a word doc so you can work on it for a couple day) fill it out and submit. If you want you can reserve the character, 24 hours on anon and 48 off.
