The fans loved it. I mean seeing as we are playing in a minor league stadium in Sacramento for the next three years we need to try new things. Plus, It was my idea for Olivia night. We have a Sabrina Carpenter night in July but for the life of me I can't think of a song for it. I'd really like that. Honestly, I'd love to go to Universal with you as well as Knotts. We can do both if you like. That's very true because you never know when it's just gonna end from an injury or whatever could happen. So I'm saving as much as I can plus this car was my dream car.
i heard about that! you guys are finally making the move to vegas, right? they just have to finish building your stadium? you should definitely do espresso, especially if it's in the summer. that song always makes me think about being on the beach and soaking up all the sun i can. i'd be down for it, we can do a two for one kinda day. one in the morning and one in the evening -- make the most of it. see, i feel like that's special! besides, you never need the most flashy and newest car out there either.
That's all it takes, is one song taking off. Just be glad it wasn't the opposite with being a one hit wonder. That happens to so many talented people, and I never understand it. We need to band together and make other people take these breaks with us, I know too many people that don't.
oh, i definitely consider myself insanely lucky that drivers license took off in the way it did and now i still get to experience everything that came with that suddenly launch into mega stardom. oh my god, yes please! i feel like us banding together would make such a big change.
The past couple of times I've given up or never really finished it so I'm determined to at least finish it for at least one time. I honestly never really have time to do anything because of work so I never really think about it much.

It's so easy to get out of shape, I've seen it happen to too many people over the years and I ain't ever letting myself be one of 'em. Plus, working out makes me feel good so I like it even if it's not for work. Damn right, my girl is a superstar. I couldn't be more proud of her.
it's good you have such good self-discipline! i feel like that's something all athletes have to have to stay on top of everything you guys have to do over the season and in the off-season. i feel the same way. i love working out just as a way to clear my head and let off some steam.

I actually used Bad Idea right on a night that they did Olivia Rodrigo night for fireworks and made us choose songs made by you. Honestly, I'd love to go to a theme park with you and get to know you more. I do drive. I drive a 2005 dodge charger rt. The life os solitude isn't a bad one. After spending two years on tour it's something I've welcomed like an old friend back in 2017. Being able to disappear is a true talent, but if you're still performing here or there you're kind of just a temporary recluse. I'm still someone that struggles with not having much to do, I have to always be doing something. Which means I have things I do to keep me busy but aren't always work related. Have to keep sanity some way.
see, that's exactly how i was! i spent nearly that long on the guts tour so to finally have time where i'm just...me and not having to get up and run around on stage felt so freeing. don't worry, we're alike in that regard. even if i'm just doing something small like writing, that's how it is for me.
i can't really compare filming to being on tour like you but I can understand the solitude. with everything done with snow white and no new project yet i've been enjoying the break but dealing with my sick dog took some of that calm away. but I definitely can enjoy both. i'm a huge fan by the way!
i've been on both sides of the hollywood spectrum so i totally get it! i'd say filming's just as insane as touring is, because you're constantly having to go to all these various places just to film a 2 minute scene. i hope your dog's doing okay now, though! aw, thank you so much -- that means a lot.
I catch up on sleep or I try to catch up on sleep. My phone is always with me so I've got a whole lot of games I play on there. I've got an iPhone and they have a way you can customize it to your liking. So I've started to work on that for the past couple of days. My creative side has been coming out lately which keeps me busy when I'm bored.
that's a good way to fill the time! especially when you've been so busy and sleep is hard to come by. oh, i have so many friends who do that sort of thing. i tried to once but i couldn't get everything right so i gave up on that pretty quickly.
It definitely felt that way, for sure. It was also definitely diverse in emotion, and I think that's really cool, too. Best stuff yet? Oh, color me extremely curious, honestly. Like you're crying writing it, singing through it, and then someone connects with it, and it makes it so worth it.
i love when an album is diverse like that and shows the full range of emotion! like you've got the good, bad and ugly, and that's what makes it perfect. exactly that. with my music, that's really all i want at the end of the day.
