i suppose it's because of the nature of dionysia and also because they just got let out of containment but. i think it's interesting that none of them ever really express any clash-based issues with other houses. jo is not at all interested in continuing this feuding, they'd rather just apologize and reel shion in and move forward. which is good.

since it's a plant whip it makes sense that Rui, as someone who knows anomalous plants pretty well by now, would undersand it better. I' also love that've mentioned before that I love that Jo seems to refer to their artifact as something they. communicate with more? maybe it's because of how long they've been in containment so they're getting friendly with it again now that they're reunited--best way to do that is to communicate

Elias has a line relating to this. . .apparently he's the one Jo tends to spend all night with, talking to. Elias won't say what but hopefully it's about all that stuff Jo's trying not to think about. . .or their plans now that they're all back on campus proper lol

this is. also kind of sad. jo's stigma involves changing their apperance, how long have they spent adapting to people and situations and problems even if they didn't want to, rather than trying to get some kind of change? It's less of a headache but sometimes that headache needs to happen to avoid more, longer term headaches and heartaches y'know? If you just. Change yourself for every situation, then where is the real you in all of this? Aside from feeling inadequate for anything you need yourself for?
. . .I agree that Shion's probably not gonna change anytime soon tho lol but he's exactly how I like him so.

there's something so sweet about that they wanna scoop you up and take you somewhere beautiful. . .my first thought was them taking you off campus but darkwick is an island so i guess a drive along the coat could easily be on the island too. but like. since jo tried to desert and all. the idea of them taking you off campus(with or without permission) just to give you a break and to spend time alone with you. . .idk that feels impactful i guess lol. whatever freedom or purpose they sought, bringing you out to experience some of that. . . .

again i wish more ghouls talked about like the person-ness of their artifacts, if they have such a thing y'know? like is the only time luca heard the voices from his swords when he first got them? or do they cry months in? Does anything else excite Tohma's halberd? Not all of the artifacts have like minds and feelings and such i'm sure but like i'd love to hear more like this from them.

Given Mio makes things for free just because they seem cool or they're a good learning experience. . .I assume that Jo doesn't like the sound of it because Mio will make whatever even if common sense would tell you not to give Shion access to a skate rink and ice skates. . .I do not trust Shion with blades like that lmao

just. so while both sides of jo are jo and there's no fundamental difference between people based on gender. i feel like a lot of these are more femjo oriented? just feels very. sisterly, like your closest female friend always doting on you y'know?
i just. jo is so darling and there's something tragic in them. and i am eating them up and i want to know more lol they've become one of my favorites just for the potential i think.
