HOTD Characters as Things Actually That Happened at University (2024-25)

Rhaenyra - Setting off the fire alarms by using a straightener in the bathroom.

Daemon - The “STOP MAKING OUT IN BIO” Reddit post that was eventually shown during all three bio lectures.

Jace - Getting jumped by an angry goose for looking at it too long.

Luke - Baby geese!!!

Joffrey - Somehow having -1 meal swipes.

Alicent - The offerings sacrificed to the Rock God during finals week.

Aegon - Fall down the stairs of a frat house. Three separate times. In one night.

Helaena - Set up a memorial for a goose that died. (There are over 600 geese on campus.)

Aemond - Creepy elevator in the anthropology department that opens and closes its doors on the third floor and the third floor only.

Larys - The homeless guy that got arrested at the Student Union.

Mysaria - Selling kittens on Snapchat. (And succeeding.)

Criston - The yeast colony I had to grow (and consequently fucked up).

Corlys - Writing on the bathroom stall… telling people to not take advice from a bathroom stall.

Rhaenys - Asking the class if people should make out during lecture (and actually giving credit to the people that responded).

Otto - When an entire dorm building filed a restraining order against someone six weeks into the semester. (They didn’t even live in the building.)

My favorite part of the dinner scene in episode 5 is the fact that you can pinpoint the exact moment Allegra turns on Raef.

Not really an ask, but I just wanted to say I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who thought Wild Cherry was a whole experience

I genuinely felt like I was on acid watching that show. I had so many predictions, all of them wrong. It was 4AM, I had to really shut the fuck up for some of the twists… it was a 10/10 experience.
