Breakfast Every Sunday the family enjoys a delicious McDonald’s breakfast. It’s a lovely little family tradition. Oh, and yep, that’s Frank’s on the left. Lunch Good ole peanut butter toast. Dinner Homemade chili. DELICIOUS!

Week 1 Weigh In
And the results are… 291.5 Pounds I’ve lost almost 10 pounds this week. Amazing! Of course, this journey is about SO MUCH MORE than weight loss. Not too much to report today. Another very busy day where I didn’t eat much and found myself really hungry at dinner. Ugh, today was ROUGH! Not rough from a stressful perspective, just rough from a busy one. I jumped from meeting to meeting from 9 am right to 9 pm and wound up ending my day with a pizza. Had a superb walk this morning. The air was crisp and cool, but it wasn’t too cold. Today was hectic AF! I didn’t eat breakfast or snack at all and I definitely feel it at the end of the day as I’ve finished dinner and still feel hungry. Day 2 was not bad, but towards the end of the day I slid downhill quickly. Well, I did it. I got up, went outside, and went for a walk. It was SO hard to get motivated and get out.
