joe and nile: #self yeeting at its finest

#i think a lot about how andy and nile could be so good for each other but like#nile and joe will be SO good for each other#in such a different way#its so important to me that nile has this new family that can all help her really find and develop the unique parts of herself#as she faces the weight of eternity in front of her#because nile is the best pieces of all of them really#shes andy’s strength and stubborness#she has joe’s protective recklesness and love of art#she has nicky’s kindness and instinct to offer comfort#and enough of booker’s calculating intelligence to really give him a run for his money#the trick is keeping those things from butting up against each other but shes so adapted and level headed that I’m sure she can make it#they can all be so good for each other it makes me insane#but i think her similarities with Joe would be the most fun for her to explore#there’s just so much capacity for joy there ( @devouring-time)

So last night I finally saw "They call me Jeeg" because Kojima mentioned it a few times as being heavily inspired by Luca Marinelli's character not just for casting Neil in DS2 but also for a few aspects that bled into Higgs in DS2, which I'm sure you can spot once you watch the film. I wanted to share this awesome scene since a few of you may not have heard of this movie but I highly recommend it. It's two hours long but I honestly wanted it to be longer, and man, what a talent Marinelli is.
