In order to have an effective brand image in this fast-pace digital age; a brand must be Extraordinary, Innovative, and Simple. Three brands that come to mind are Red Bull, Tesla, and GoPro.
Out of all three, Red Bull is king of brand imaging. It’s practically a giant marketing company more so than an energy drink company. Red Bull is associated with many great human feats and accomplishments. They represent extreme sports very well, from racing all the way to jumping from space onto the earth.
Tesla Motors is a very innovative company, as it produces clean and efficient electric vehicles. The fact is, electric motors are the future for basic human transportation. Heck, the man that the company is named after knew this; electricity is all around us. Elon Musk and Tesla Motors are certainly building the future for a better human society. I sit at the edge in excitement to watch the electric car take root in modern day society.
GoPro changed the game for sure. Practically, if you break down the company’s name ‘Go’ and ‘Pro.’ It’s all about letting the common person go out and capture footage on a camera, that’ll always give a professional feel. Anyone can become a legend. The cameras can be put in so many different places that completely alters and changes the human’s perception. Again, this is a fast-pace brand image that flows really well within the digital age.
