She shakes her head, “I’m not ready to go back there yet, we should just do something else, away from the woods.” She said, smiling over at him.
"Like what?" he asks, slowing at a red light and looking over at her.

She shakes her head, “I’m not ready to go back there yet, we should just do something else, away from the woods.” She said, smiling over at him.
"Like what?" he asks, slowing at a red light and looking over at her.
She smiled, “It’s fine, I’ll just have to buy another.” She said reaching over and rubbing his leg.
He smiles whe he feels her hand on his leg. "Are we going back to Hollow Brook."
She closes her eyes for a moment, breathing in his scent then pulled back some, kissing him gently, “We should get going.”
“Yeah,” he murmurs, kissing her again slowly before pulling back and heading to the car, helping her in before getting in himself and starting it.
She settles herself in his car, smiling weakly at him as he glanced over at her, then started to drive. “You didn’t get hurt did you?
He shakes his head, glancing at her. “I’m fine.” he says with a slight smile. “How’s your shoulder?”
She glanced down at her shoulder, frowning at the bullet hole in her dress, “It’s fine, but my new dress isn’t.” She sighed, pouting a little.
He can’t help but laugh a bit, looking over at her for a moment. “You just got shot and you’re worried about a dress?”
“It’s Vera Wang Ryder, of course I am.” She pouted, picking at the hole, “There’s no fixing this either.”
"Sorry about your dress," he chuckles, leaning over an kissing her cheek.
She closes her eyes for a moment, breathing in his scent then pulled back some, kissing him gently, “We should get going.”
“Yeah,” he murmurs, kissing her again slowly before pulling back and heading to the car, helping her in before getting in himself and starting it.

She nods slowly taking a breath as she tries to collect herself, “You didn’t need to see that.” She murmurs pulling away. “We should leave…before more come to collect their friend.” She says, not wanting to look him in the face. She was never ashamed of the things she had done, but now she was, she didn’t want him to see her like that.
He nods, pressing his lips to hers for a moment before taking her hand and leading her back to his car. He couldn’t stop the images from replaying in his head. He knew he should be scared of her, and he was a little bit but his worry for her safety overrode it.
She bit her lip as they headed back towards his car, and she ignored the tension in the air. He had just seen her kill someone, and he wasnt running away. “Do you have some death wish or something I should be concerned about?” she asks, stopping in front of him.
He raises an eyebrow. “Do you plan on killing me too?” he counters, meeting her eyes. “He was trying to kill you, I don’t think just letting him off easy would mean he’d have the same type of courtesy.”
She shrugs, “So? I just killed someone…and you’re not having the slightest bit of reaction a sane person would.” She said crossing her arms over her chest.
“I think I’m still in shock, give it an hour or two,” he says, pursing his lips, knowing he’d end up freaking out at some point.
She nods slowly, “I’m sorry.” She mutters, then walks from him heading for his car.
He sighs, gripping her wrist and pulling her towards him again, cupping her face and kissing her deeply. “I haven’t freaked out yet,” he murmurs, kissing her again.
she nods, kissing him back before pulling away a little, “I’m not a human Ryder…and what just happened happens to me alot.” She said quietly, biting her lip. “You don’t need to be at risk like that.”
“There’s a lot I shouldn’t do,” he says, tracing her lower lip with his thumb. “Don’t push me away,” he mumbles, kissing the side of her mouth.
She nods slowly, then returns his kiss, wrapping her arms tightly around his waist as she buries her face into his neck.
He kisses her temple, running his fingers through her hair as he hold her tightly, wanting to comfort her.

He makes a confused face and looks around as he throws on his clothes, walking back over to her. “I guess more people knew about this than I thought,” he mumbles.
She shakes her head, “I don’t think so Ryder.” She said quietly, walking quickly, keeping him close. Hearing footsteps behind them she turns around quickly, seeing the hunter with the gun pointed at Ryder and she pushed him out of the way quickly, cursing loudly as the bullet lodged into her shoulder. “Ryder run.” She snapped looking down at him as he tried to stand.
He stares in shock when he sees the bullet hit her shoulder and he gets up, moving behind a tree trunk, calling for her. He saw another hunter hiding behind a bush with his gun pointed at her and grabbed a thick piece of branch off the ground and snuck up behind him, hitting him in the head and knocking him out. He looks at Katherine and sees her growling at the other hunter and he’s not sure what to do, he wasn’t leaving her.
She heard Ryder moving around, and she heard as he knocked the other hunter unconscious. She growls at the man standing a few feet in front of her, dodging the bullet as he shot at her and moved to standing in front of him. She knocked the gun from his hand, and gripped him by the shoulders, pulling him to her she bit down on his throat, ignoring his screams as he tried to shove her off, then dropped his limp body.
Ryder watches, eyes wide as she tears out the man’s throat. She turns to him and he can’t help the small jolt of fear he feels before he walks over to her, cupping her face and watching it go back to normal and hugging her tight to him.
She wraps her arms him, closing her eyes for a moment before she hears the hunter he had knock out begin to stir. She pulls away from him, and makes her way over to the man standing on his hand as he tried to reach for the gun. “Don’t even think about it.” She growled out, reaching down to grab the gun. “Go home, and make sure all your little friends know that my family and I aren’t the ones killing.” She says firmly, pointing the gun at his leg, and pulled the trigger. “That’s just parting gift, now go.”
He stares for a moment as the hunter cries out when she shoots his leg and he limps away. She walks back over to him, dropping the gun and letting him hold her close. "Are you alright?" he asks softly.

“No you’re not,” he murmurs, cupping her face and kissing her again.
“Why aren’t you scared of me?” She asks quietly, kissing him again, feeling her eyes start to darken. Her emotions were getting the best of her again, she sighed, pulling him closer as she deepened the kiss.
“Because you’re not a monster,” he says, letting her deepen the kiss and he grips her waist tightly, pulling back for a second to breathe before connecting their lips again.
She smiles a little, “That’s what you think.” She mumurs kissing him back, trailing her hands down his sides and gripping his hips, pressing against him gently.
He sighs softly, feeling her press against him as he kisses her before she pulls back slightly and looks around. “What?” he asks when he sees her concerned face.
(Do it! Haha :3)
She bits her lip, her head snapping in the direction she heard the footsteps, “Someone’s coming.” She muttered, pulling away from him quickly and moving to get her dress, throwing him his clothes as she slipped her dress back on.
He makes a confused face and looks around as he throws on his clothes, walking back over to her. "I guess more people knew about this than I thought," he mumbles.
