Love you too, kid.
If you say so, grampa. But I am very loveable Iâve been told.Â
@rylynnsolo liked your photo
Thanks bro, I appreciate it.
No problemo, buddy. Love you!Â
How do you politely tell a twelve-year-old that youâre not interested, and also way too old for her?
I don't know, man. I can't say I've been in your position. Buy her a Hannah Montana boxset?
jonahcartwright:
Glad to hear it. Not sure if thereâll be more dances Iâm afraid.
No? Why not? Were you not wowed by me? Damn, I failed my job.
smokinmarleyjane:
OH MAN, it states specifically in the 10 mainstreamer commandments that you have to spend your mommy and daddyâs money only. But seriously, yeah, a job is a good idea. I personally just need money to get out of this town and into one without so muchâŚ.farm life.
Iâm a total rule breaker, duh? I'm sure Breadstix has some jobs going if I ask around. Or Lima Bean maybe? You're going to skedaddle out of town when you got me around? That doesn't make any sense.Â
jonahcartwright:
I bet the next morning you regretted drinking the spiked punch, huh?
For sure. I should have listened to your words of wisdowm, JC. At least I got my dance with you. Thatâs all I needed
Well, Prom was a lot more fun than Iâd expected. Did everyone else have as much fun looking and dancing with all of the pretty ladies? Or Gentlemen if thatâs your sort of thing.
A number of people I got to dance with at Prom was pretty big. Like, I didnât know everyone wanted to dance with me? I felt super popular. And I won best dressed so that was a bonus.
Not here to make friends.
So, prom was something, hmm?
Well, I had fun. A lot of it was a little blurry but I got a lot of it on snapchat and saved it so Iâm all good to go.
smokinmarleyjane:
Good news yâall.
Ya girlâs a workinâ lady now. Iâm gonna be fixing cars and looking like a grease monkey, but itâll be worth it to have some cash in my pocket. Look at me, having responsibility. Who wouldâve thought?
Damn, Marls. That's actually pretty cool. I've been thinking about getting an actual job instead of volunteering now because I'm broke and my dad won't give me money anymore after prom.

âThat song is like ten years old, letâs leave it in the past where it belongs.â Jake laughed a little bit, âAnd your ma being Cuban makes you like Latino doesnât it? Iâm having a good time. Dances arenât usually my thing, but this one isnât too bad.â
âThat song is a timeless classic dude! Next to songs like All-Star, Teenage Dirtbag and Staceyâs mom.â Ryder laughed along with him. "Well yeah, Latino, it makes me half-cuban." He shrugged his shoulders blanky. "I'm glad you're having a good time, man. I'd hate to see you all miserable and or not here. I heard someone spiked the punch bowl. I might hit that up later. I've been running off Pepsi's.Â

Quinn would totally not have said it out loud, but Ryderâs words definitely made her night. Out of all the people she had bumped into apart from those selected, he was probably the one who made her feel most confident about tonight. âYouâre words are definitely something that Iâll be remembering tonight, I can keep your secretâ she said with a wink. Thank god for Ryder Lynn âI am glad Iâm not the only one who realizes potential in myselfâ she said tucking a loose piece of hair behind her ear. She looked around the dancefloor seeing people dancing along to the music realizing she had not used her dancing feet tonight. âI think you have earned yourself a dance. That is if I can steal you away just for one songâ she said with a smile pulling at her lips.
A smile painted on Ryder's lips, growing even wider when she winked at him, a small quiet laugh was let out. "You'll be fine, Q. And I don't think it's a big deal if you lose anyway. But like, maybe you will, maybe you won't. It doesn't matter because you look like a fucking rockstar anyway. Like, damn. I don't know where you get killer clothes like but damn." He shook his head as he looks the blonde up and down. "I'm  not the only one. I know a load of people who voted for you. I mean, you're campaign was pretty clear and passionate. I think you got your message across." He laughed a little again, hand moving to the pockets of his jacket. "A dance with Quinn Fabray? I'm a winner. I'm not going to deny that." He grinned, stepping closer to take her hand in his, walking to the dance floor.
PROM [post-crowning] - OPEN
mainstreamsammy:
Oh, Sam could definitely sympathize. Though for a majority heâd always had at least one dance partner, including his date, there were a few times heâd gone solo out on the floor. âDude, if there was another prize for best moves, pretty sure weâd sweep the damn competition away,â The blondeâs teeth sunk down, deep into his bottom lip as he scoped out Ryderâs outfit. Perfectly rock-tastic, and yet, he couldnât help finding an especially⌠appealing quality of how dark it made his friend appear. Like some kind of forbidden bad-boy in a Breakfast Club-esque coming of age movie.
âYou earned it, Ry. Especially with that knuckle-wear, damn!â Grasping the hand in question, Sam felt his lips spreading into a wide, dreamy grin. âPretty great. I think Kurtâs taking a back seat right now - hell, Iâd probably need a breather when it came to my energy, too. Like you said, it does kinda suck, though, dancing on your ownâŚâ he trailed off, quirking a brow towards Ryder, smile morphing into a playful smirk.
Ryder unable to keep a straight face at him, burst into a small laughter but nodded his head in agreement. Dancing for him was no probably and he never saw it as a problem for Sam so the two of the together were probably an unstoppable force bigger than all the X-Men combined. "You really aren't wrong with that, man. We really would. We wouldn't really have any competish really." he shrugged his shoulders, looking around the room. Â Seeing how Sam was looking at him, he simply nodded his head as his friend clearly liked his look. He'd work hard on it and his dad was a big help with that, considering he loved Rock & Roll for all that it was worth so knew what would help his son fit into the genre even though Ryder had a brief idea of what he was going to wear, stuff his father helped him with really gave him that edge he was looking for but didn't know how to reach.
"Thanks. It's my dad's. I'm borrowing it and he'd kill me if I got a scratch on it or lost it or something like that." He laughed, his free hand rubbing the back of his neck. "You're looking pretty damn good yourself, dude. Like, I knew you would. Sam Evans doesn't disappoint." he winked playfully at the other. "Uh, huh. It does, right." He stared at him, a smile small and expanding wide. "If you're thinking what I'm thinking" he laughs.Â
