Do yourself a favor because here ACT! comes with six predefined activity types; Call, Meeting, To-do, Personal Activity, Support Ticket and Vacation. The best part is may add possible result types to all existing activity types. You can even rename the Personal Activity, Support Ticket and Vacation activity types or you may add new activity types. You may make activity types active or inactive. The default result types of Call, Meeting, or To-do cannot be edited or deleted. Another great resource you can check out DesignR1 Software
