The Rich Widow Robe

What would you wear when your 92 years old rich husband dies by a mysterious disease and you have to receive to the Police? A Marabu Robe DUH!

I absolutely bought that Bella Goth Kit solely for that mesh and was the best damn inversion of my life. I needed a long version for who else but the Black Widow of Pleasantview herself Dina Caliente. This is how i picture her opening the door 1 day after her first husband, Michael Bachelor died from old age.

The Robe comes in the Original 12 Swatches from the Secret Sanctuary Kit and 10 more Swatches from the Vintage Glamour SP.

Sims 4 - Lycée de Copperdale

I know, I’m a bit late to the party this time!

Seriously, so many people have shared their High School in the last few days that I hesitated to post mine. Many of them were impressive! But I wanted a smaller school for my save, more convenient to play in. The school days are already short, so it’s better to avoid that our sims lose too much time to go from one place to another!

Since I had already built a high school a long time ago, I thought it would be quick to adapt it for the new pack. But in the end, I changed almost all the layout, moved some rooms, and above all, I had to fill a huge space around my build!

The rooms that are essential for gameplay (the classrooms, the cafeteria, the principal’s room and the toilets) are all on the ground floor, close to each other. On the second floor there is a library, a room for the debate club, a music room and a art studio. I also added a small gym, with locker rooms, at the back of the lot next to the basketball court.

Copperdale High School

All this time my dream was to build a school similar to the Blackwell Academy but due to the fact that there was no suitable type of lot in the game, I could not decide to do this due to the fact that the lot is very laborious and in fact there is nowhere to use it… but now thanks to the new EP, I finally made my old dream come true! I did not build an art class and some other classrooms(except for the chemistry classroom because it seems to me that it is very cool and can be used) from LIS due to the fact that they will not be functional, but at the same time they will take up space…

I tried to make each room useful in the gameplay so in the sports hall you can play basketball, in the assembly hall your sim can sing and play instruments. there is also a medical cabinet if your sim gets sick. cafeteria where you can have a bite to eat. cozy little library, computer lab if your sim doesn’t have a PC at home. two functional classrooms where the classes themselves will be held. also there is a principal’s office. and special mention for the pool: this is a small building with changing rooms and showers where your sim can swim after class!

Highschool came out the other day and the first thing I wanted to do was build my own school! It has everything you need for normal school gameplay, as well as a library and a gym! I sincerely hope that you will appreciate this site and your teenagers will create their stories in this school! Magic Is Fun - Practising Magic Becomes Fun!

Hi! This is my first attempt at making something useful to share with people, and I hope it makes your spellcaster experience that little bit more enjoyable.

What will this file do in my game?

This is a tuning file that will allow your spellcaster to enjoy practising magic and experimenting with cauldrons, because it is silly that they do not enjoy such an important part of being a spellcaster by default!

When practising/experimenting with magic, your sim’s fun motive will now increase instead of decrease.

Please note: This does not currently apply to

casting

spells or

brewing

potions. This applies to the Practice (Magic Type) and Experiment (with Cauldron) interactions.

Which version should I download? (Please select only one!)

Lo Fun Version | Time to fill fun meter from empty: ~ 4-5 Sim Hours

Mid Fun Version | Time to fill fun meter from empty: ~ 2-3 Sim Hours

Caveats and other information

There are no currently known conflicts with this file, however any mods that alter values directly determined upon practising magic or experimenting with a cauldron could

possibly

create a conflict.

Primary examples could include: increasing the spellcaster XP gain rate or altering other motive rates when practising magic/experimenting with cauldrons.
