Just captured, fresh of the streets, this ruffed up chav lad shuffles in chains into the station, other perps sit and stare as he walks in, he will be added to the long line waiting for the cells... cuffed, chained up and gagged to stop any verbal/physical abuse or spitting.
Restricted movement in the chains, why not restrict his speech with a gag.
A drunken night with his mates turned into this, the color of the city long gone, replaced with the bland insides of a cell

'Take him away, to the line for holding... you will be called for questioning later when we've got thru everyone arrested before you tonight, follow the green line on the floor!'
The chains rattle and drag on the floor as he's forced to walk to the holding cell, the weight of them slowing his pace and pulling down on his wrists and ankles, but the cops dont mind, they have all night.
A voice says over speakers...
'Suspects... follow the green line for holding, blue for questioning, yellow for court, orange for evidence and search rooms, red for cells and black for transport'
The arrested lad follows the green line down the long corridors of waiting areas, rooms and bars

All the lad can hear is shouting and banging as he walks down the corridor
Cell 12, already alot of suspects locked in this cell, it can take 30 suspects... the lad walks over to the the bench, then told to sit down and then the leg cuffs get locked to a metal eye in the floor... all suspects are secured like this for safety
