I did one draft here.... finally. yay.
Kanan rolled his eyes, “Good talk Sabine, we should have these more often.” He said the obvious sarcasm there.
“I know my boundaries, I know what lines I wont cross…” And if Wyndel pushed him towards that well…they’d reach that when they did.
“Are you sure about that?” She asked with an eyebrow raised, “I know what lines I won’t cross either, but lines can be blurred.”
Of course, she wasn’t about to go on with the subject matter, but.... she was simply putting her thoughts out there for the time being, “Just a warning.”
Kanan pulled his knees up a bit, resting his elbow in one and his cheek in his hand. The easy answer was no, but if he was honest. Those years were a blur and he didn’t quite remember everything.
“I’m not asking you to, Sabine.” He said softly. “My messes are mine, and I’ll have to pull myself out of what ever mistake I’ve made. I know that.”
“Yeah, you say that now, and then someone will turn up.” Sabine them folded her arms across her chest, “Anyways, do what you want with him, but I am going to say this one time, and one time only.”
“I told you so.”
“Look, I’m not even sure what we are. As I said its complicated.” He was sleeping with an Imperial. But there was more to it than that. He didn’t understand half of what they were doing.
“You think Hera would let me on the ship if I didn’t wash my clothes?” He asked with a slight laugh. “Believe me, I know.” He said with a slight sigh. “But you shoulda met me before I met Hera, I was trouble once too.”
“Uh-huh. Sure you are, but did you sleep with him back then?” She lofted an eyebrow even though it was meant to be more of a way to get Kanan to think of his actions, and what might happen.
“Either way? No, I don’t care what you do, but complicated or not? I’m not dragging you out of the mess that comes.”
“Point taken, but I do know how to take care of myself. The concern is appreciated however.” He said. “Nice to know you care.” He said with a grin and a wink.
He then leaned back against the side of his bed and chuckled. “Contact isn’t the right word. It’s not like we’re…” He stopped and shook his head. “Never mind. He’s just helping a little with information.” He then frowned slightly and looked down at his clothes. “What’s wrong with what I wear?” He asked. “I do wash this stuff, you know. I don’t stink.”
“Not like you’re... what?” She asked as she rubbed at her eyes, “It sure seems to be like that.”
Sabine then shook her head, “Suuure you wash it, Kanan.” her tone was more than slightly sarcastic, “Just watch yourself --- I would hate to be on Hera’s bad side, and your contact just screams trouble.”
Kanan let out a sigh then laughed and shook his head. “You’re worried he’s bad for me.” He said.
He then shrugged, “It’s information on the Empire.” He said, looking through it a bit. “Yes, he gave it to me…but I guess I’m his contact, if that’s the word to use. Hera knows how to put this information in play. It’s a help to the Rebellion.”
“I’m just saying that anyone who can get that sort of information is bad for you.” She shrugged again, “Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”
It was then Sabine idly tapped her legs for a few moments, “I also thought contacts were not meant to... well, I think you get the point, but also, next time? I am going to tell your boyfriend to get you some new clothes. You do stink.”
“No, I don’t think he’s your type.” Kanan chuckled, shaking his head. “Been through a war and the Empire, Sabine. That tends to leave you with some baggage.” He said.
He caught the pouch, he turned it over in his hand before dumbing the data pad into his hand. He smiled a bit, “Hera will want this.” He mused, then looked at Sabine and pointed at her. “He’s still older than me-and I’m not that old to begin with.”
“Well, we agree on something, but still --- just something about him doesn’t seem to fit. You know his past?” She asked, ignoring the simple factor about what he said about the war.
However, she quickly tried to change the subject, “If I would have known it was for Hera, I would have gave it to her --- that looks like it’s off a star destroyer.”
His eyes widened and there was a slight blush to his cheeks. He shook his head and quickly rubbed his face. “He’s older than I am, actually.” As if that made a difference. It probably didn’t, but it was the truth.
“Well, it’s not that I didn’t expect it. But you know the others-well Zeb and Ezra are a little oblivious.” He said sighing and shaking his head. He paused, “He’s not my boyfriend-well its-complicated.” And there was his flusteredness.
“…What did he leave?”
“Uh-huh. Sure he is.” She rolled her eyes, “I mean that on all counts --- you sure do keep odd company around. Though, he does look younger, but he’s not my type --- guy looks like he comes with more baggage than anything.”
She then moved to toss him what looked like to be a small pouch, “Didn’t say anything else --- just said to give this to you and then he left.” Of course, there was more, but she wasn’t going to say that for the time being.
However, in-side the pouch was a small imperial data pad--- seemed Wyndel was giving the Rebels information... at least as much as he could get for time being.
Kanan had heard her enter, but Sabine usually sat there in silence or saw that he was doing something and left. He wasn’t paying much mind to it, she was usually one of the more responsible ones.
However, that changed when he was suddenly poked in the chest repeatably. His eyes opened and he saw it was in fact Sabine and he frowned in slight confusion. “You’ve been around Ezra and Chopper to much.”
“Chopper actually.” She replied coolly, “Actually, I came to say your boyfriend left something for you. You know, dark hair, tried to stab you last time I saw him, and looks like he’s younger than you.”
Sabine then ran her hands through her hair, “Did you really think no one would find out about you two?”
I’m gonna regret this as usual, but here is a smoll starter call guys~
@blindedspectre
Sabine knew Kanan was mediating, she knew that she shouldn’t have been there, but she was terribly bored, and what did she do? Well, she decided, the best course of action was to poke Kanan right in the chest repeatably until he gave her attention.
“that’s dirty”
@masteroflightanddark
Sabine knew that she was in trouble now; her ship had been boarded, and it wasn’t by Imperials. In fact, she didn’t exactly know who had boarded the ship, but before she could find out? She was knocked out and was now on her knee’s before Revan, but she only said two words towards her, “BITE ME!”
Revan simply laughed at those two words, her eyes glittering as she bent slightly to take hold of her chin in a tight grip and lift it enough so that she could get at her neck beneath.
“As you wish, my dear.” she purred against her skin. So saying, she opened her mouth and, pressing her lips to Sabine’s neck, bit her. Her other hand began to absently play with the edge of her armor as she began to nibble the soft skin of her throat.
Sabine knew she shouldn’t have said that --- she shouldn’t have said the words that would seal her fate, but then again? She thought she would be knocked out or something.
The end result was unexpected as she let out a slight gasp at the sensation of being bitten as she just stayed there as still as possible. She wouldn’t admit it was pleasurable --- at least not yet anyways, “I. I didn’t mean that.”
“ i think… it’s broken ” --chaos-battalion
@chaos-battalion
Sabine grunted, “Of course it’s broken.” She looked down at her Ankle with a sigh, “Damn imperials… I knew this plan was a bad idea to start with.”
Her eyes darkened for a moment at the mention of Ezra but it passed quickly as she knelt and held out her hands to begin healing the much younger Mandalorian.
Sabine leaned her head back as Tari started to heal her ankle, “Come on, Ezra.” She hissed out, “Where is he?” Of course, it wouldn’t have mattered where he was was --- she couldn’t get to him if she tried at this rate.
“ i just need to sit down for a minute ”
@nervousmando
Sabine rolled her eyes, “Just a minute? Fine, you can sit down for a minute, but only for that. We both know the Imperial’s are looking for us…. especially that one Inquisitor that seems to think I know something about you.”
Tari gave a slightly laugh, a strange expression settling onto her face. “I do know him, and quite well. He’s one of my amicae endruae. I miss them both terribly, but it seems I can’t do anything about it given that they’re both with the Empire.” It hurt, to think Niner and Darman were trapped there.
She closed her eyes for a moment before answered. “He…honestly hasn’t changed much since the Clone Wars, but it was…a different time then.”
“Different time?” She asked with an eyebrow lifted, “I know some about the Clone Wars, but from what I hear? The Republic was at least half-way decent... it might not have been the Empire, but it wasn’t this bad.”
She gave a laugh, a clearly amused expression settling onto her face and a clear opposite of Sabine’s own. “You…remind me of someone I used to travel with. He was…tell me, have you heard of Mandalore the Preserver?”
“I know stories. Everyone on Mandalore knows.... or did before things changed.” It was then she rubbed the back of her head for a moment, “I.... I don’t think I was that good at that long ago history, but I know a bit.”
Well, this is awkward
@fenn-rau
30.Desperately trying to put something back together after taking it apart out of boredom/curiosity.
Sabine had actually taken apart her own data pad out of having nothing else to do, bit mainly it was due to the fact she wasn’t doing anything else as she then glanced up, “I thought you were long gone.” She stated calmly as she moved to actually hide what she was doing behind her back, “I mean..” She coughed for a moment, “You could have knocked.”
It was weird not to see her trying to kill him or avenge her friend. But it seemed, since the twi’lek pilot healed and the Jedi forced out an alliance with the Protectors, her demeanour has changed.
“Yeah, I figured as well. I’ll still have to play the role of the obedient prisoner for a while.” His glance fell on the disassembled datapad, eyebrows raising.
“You have a problem putting that back together?”
“No, no problem.” She managed to get out slowly even though it more than likely would only lead to more and more questions. Questions, she didn’t really wish to give answers to for the time being.
“Obedient prisoner? Well, there is a shocker if I have ever heard one.” A faint chuckle escaped her lips, “I was simply trying to figure a few things out --- I wasn't intentionally trying to take anything apart... not at all.”
“I heard that you were talking shit and you didn’t think that I would hear it”
