Hey there! I'm CJ, They/Them, I'm 26 years old and I'm sablekin and púcakin!

Now I haven't been in this community in a long time mostly due to life shit but glad I'm getting back again, albeit a little hesitant.

Not much to expect from me except maybe some art, vent, experiences, shifts, some witchcraft, furry stuff, some photography, whatever I can think of. This is going to be a bit of a personal account but not too personal.

So my boyfriend and I were watching streamers playing the Dead Space remake and he came out saying "These scardey-cats can play this game, why can't you?"

It made me realise, damn he's right... So I told him because of him, he made me determined to actually play the game. The excitement on his face was precious, but I'm horrified at the same time.

So tonight, fuck Netflix and Chill...

I've recently been looking into of how I could decorate my new room. My house is currently getting worked on and I'll be moving into the loft/attic.

I love the style and aesthetic of an enchanted forest bedroom so might go for that!

And also, since I got Christmas money, I think I know what to get for myself!! I'll just say I'll be clomping around with my new shoes (⁠~⁠‾⁠▿⁠‾⁠)⁠~

Happy Therianthropy Day to all the uncommon species. All the weird reptiles and fish and invertebrates who are underlooked. Who wish they didn't have to be representatives of the community just to prove we aren't all wolves and dragons.

Happy Therianthropy Day to all the common species. Every grey wolf and red fox who feels like they're a dime a dozen or that their contributions aren't important. Everyone here has something unique to contribute, including you.

Happy Therianthropy Day to all the non-past life therians. All the folks who are animals because of neurodivergence or trauma or magic or a delusion who keep getting left out of ask games and daily challenges because of all the focus on memories.

Happy Therianthropy Day to phytanthropes and mycanthropes, because you have no day of your own, and I, personally, would be happy to welcome you with open wings for a day of celebrating nonhumanity.

Happy Therianthropy Day to polytherians with more theriotypes than they're confident sharing because people keep accusing you of faking. All the polytherians who feel like they have to cut off parts of themselves to fit in. I won't stop celebrating polytherians until grilling is a historical concept.

So little update; I may have a new kin/theriotype. I'm going to look more into this but it's probably a type of bat.

I feel huge ears and wings, not sure what type of bat I am but I'm looking into it.

Again, could be something completely different or otherwise, but I am excited about it! So yeah, that's about it really
