A year ago this week this was me. I hit my head for the third time, not knowing I wasn't healed from my last two concussions that year fully. I didn't know post concussion syndrome existed. I didn't know you could be stuck in bed for months and that headaches could last for so long! Now a year from this picture, I am doing a paddle to raise money for brain injury prevention. It is a cause that means a lot to me. I will be doing the race with my best friend @itsamandacormier who has also been affected by concussions and pcs. We race on Sunday and if raise 300$ by then we will do the race dressed as barn animals! The link is in my bio if you'd like to donate, we appreciate every share greatly! It's also on my Facebook.
