... because I wanted a wheat-free sandwich with a lot of flavours and crunchiness.😏 💫 Open-faced Breadfruit Sandwich w/ Curried Chickpeas & Roasted Curly Sweet Potato Fries. 😋 I was able to cut a few squares of the breadfruit, then I fried them in Cold Pressed Coconut Oil.
