you've seen other pics of me wearing the same shirt and pants, but now, you can see the socks i was wearing!! 😍 my parents gave me these socks as a present a couple of years ago. i am not sure where they're from, sorry. these socks are very thick because they have two thick layers. i love thick, fuzzy socks!! but these are the thickest i have! they're pretty warm, which is good because my feet get cold easily. and they're so soft and cushy. for me, something as simple as wearing thick, fluffy socks instead of regular socks is great because it makes me feel a little more comfortable throughout the day. ❤️ you can see in the other pics here, the shirt has mickey mouse on it and it says "not now, i'm busy." also, the pose in the last pic is kinda weird... 😂 it's not really a pose i sleep in but i'm sure someone, somewhere, sleeps like that. 😂😂😂 it's actually more comfortable than it looks! brand: disney official merchandise. store: walmart.

this week’s #tingletuesday asmr recommendation is "gradation jelly cube slime" by asmr sora. this video is such a treat for both the eyes and ears!! 😍 the sound quality is soooo good. the sound is so crisp and very high quality. i love it. 👂👂 it sounds nice and loud and satisfying. there are cutting and squishing sounds, and the slime is in a sponge, which creates an interesting effect. also, the visuals are so good! 😄 the slime is a pretty mix of colors blended together in a gradient, which is how the video gets its name. the video quality is high definition, so you will love watching the colorful, shiny slime get squished and cut with such a sharp, clear picture.

slime sounds are something you can listen to in the background when you are doing a task. these sounds are pleasing and addictive to listen to, but you can still focus on the task. but like i said, the visuals are good, so be sure to watch those sometimes even if other times, you only want to listen! 🙂 also, another thing slime videos are good for is calming down if you are feeling nervous or anxious. watching the slime get squeezed and cut can distract your mind away from what's worrying you and it instead gives you something calming and fascinating to focus on instead. 👌

i made a post with a sample of the video last tuesday. but tumblr decided to be stupid a few days later, and they deleted it for "adult content." there wasn't any at all. 🙄🙄🙄 i'm considering leaving tumblr over this. i don't know yet. but anyway, don’t miss out on this very wonderful video! it's a satisfying ear massage video with kiss sounds.

my most recent asmr recommendation post that i posted FIVE DAYS AGO was all of a sudden flagged for “adult content.” 🙄🙄🙄 first of all, if it’s so terrible, then why was it okay for five days? second, there was no adult content anyway!!!

and wait, it gets more stupid. there was an option to appeal the adult content decision. so i chose to appeal. SECONDS LATER, they notified me that they reviewed my appeal and they still think it’s adult content. um, how did they review it so quickly? they clearly didn’t, and it was some automated system, so they just lied to me, which is nice. 🙄

i will see how i can contact them about the issue. because this is so insulting to me. i just posted an asmr rec because i want to help people relax. and they punish me for it even though i did nothing wrong. this is bs...

it's true!!! 😲 it has been scientifically proven that what you think are your dreams are what's happening to you in the real world! and when you think you're supposedly "awake," that's actually just a dream. for example, right now, you probably think you're awake, in the real world, reading a post on tumblr that really exists in the real world. but that's not true. you're dreaming right now. this post isn't real. it's just something you're imagining. later on, you will feel like you are going to sleep and having a dream, but that's actually when you wake up and get back to the real world!!! 😲😲😲😲😲😲

this week’s #tingletuesday asmr recommendation is frivolousfox’s "Sticky Ears 👄 **NEW TRIGGER**." i have listened to this one soooooo many times. lots and lots of times... 😆 i definitely had to recommend this one to you all because it's something i have come back to over and over again!! there are two things that are great about this video. one is the sticky lip gloss rubbing/touching sounds. sticky sounds are great in asmr because they are very satisfying to me! any kind of sticky material will do. 😁 and the other great thing is the soft kissing sounds/mouth sounds. 😃 kissing sounds in asmr is something that magically, instantly relaxes me! ✨😄😄😄✨ i think this magic effect happens because kissing is a form of affection, and so our brain automatically associates kiss sounds with love and happiness. 😊 and keep in mind, it's not necessarily romantic. family members and friends kiss each other, too. so to me, listening to kiss sounds in asmr isn't directly linked to the idea of "romance;" it's linked to the broad idea of "affection" in general.

[PART 2 OF 2] yesterday, i made a post about why whipped body butters are my new obsession. now, here is one of them that you saw in yesterday's picture. it's lo and behold naturals be pure serenity whipped body butter, which is the most recent one i bought. i just used it for the first time -- that's what you're watching now!! 😃😃😃

i said yesterday that i didn't know how to describe the texture of whipped body butters. so now, you can actually see it and hear it!! these butters are whipped, so they are fluffy, which means that they're not dense and flat, but light and airy with tiny bits of air inside them. when you stick your finger inside, your finger presses down and squishes/compresses the butter and the bits of air. so i wanted you to be able to hear that clearly, which is why i put my phone up close to the jar to record the sound. i love the sound 💖 btw, i recorded the video with my laptop webcam! so i merged the audio with the video even though they were from two different devices. i think that's pretty interesting, lol. 😆

i like how whipped body butters rub into your skin easily and make skin shiny! and like i said yesterday, they don't hurt your skin, so you can use them on sensitive or irritated skin. 😊

meet my new self-care obsession: whipped body butters!! 😃👍 well, it's kinda sorta new. i got these butters over the past couple of months or so. before that, i hadn't known about whipped body butters. the texture is different from a typical lotion or cream. i don't really know how to describe it, but i think it's great!! 😊 also, another good thing about these is that they can be used on sensitive or irritated skin without hurting your skin. ❤️ here are the ones in the picture: top left: alaffia vanilla coconut whipped shea butter. very soothing! i use it a lot. i don’t think it’s available anymore, sadly, but here are some similar products from their website. bottom left: aja naturals sensual chocolate body buttercream. i looooove the delicious yet gentle scent!! in the very back: lo and behold naturals be pure serenity whipped body butter. nice and sweet! second from the right: biggs and featherbelle lavender and lemongrass whipped shea butter. it's a refreshing scent! farthest right: lo and behold naturals coconut and cocoa whipped body butter. the scent is so soft and calming! i am in love with the scent!!

which one is your favorite? i think mine is #2 but it's hard to decide!!! these are pajama tops + shorts. click for closeups. i took these pics when i went to macy's at the mall... weeks ago. 😅 obviously i hardly go anywhere now. in fact, i think by now... i don't have any plans to go anywhere at all?? i went to the bank and gas station yesterday. but now, i have nowhere to go. 😫 not even to work (my workplace transitioned to work-from-home. this just happened) i was not someone who went shopping often, but it's weird that i can't do it at all now. i miss going into stores and taking pics of sleepwear! 😭 but i have a few pics i can share, from back in the good old days when i used to go to stores. and, you can go to macys' website and buy jenni intimates sleepwear online. but i don't think they have these particular ones in stock now (since this is from a while ago). still, buy sleepwear online and you'll have plenty of comfortable clothes while you relax at home!! 😊

bored ‘cause you're stuck at home? stressed by all the coronavirus news? sad because you can't go out and do fun things with friends?

well, asmr can make you feel better. 😊 if you don't know what asmr is, check out my post here where i explain what it is and why i like it! and, there’s a good video by gibi that introduces asmr to newcomers. i used to recommend an asmr video every week for #tingletuesday, but i stopped because i went on hiatus. now, i am starting again!!

this week's recommendation is dennis asmr's "Sensational FACE TOUCHING & Stress Pulling (4K)." asmr is often thought of as being associated with sound, but it's not just about sound!! asmr can be visual as well!! 👁 this video is good for just listening to without looking at the video, but it's best if you look at the video. i love the combination of whispering/mouth sounds and face touching. 😄 by "face touching," i mean that he makes movements as if he were touching your face. strangely, it's relaxing. whenever i watch people's "face touching" videos, those touching movements somehow make me feel sleepy and give me a feeling like i want to close my eyes... 😴 (so, this video is good for watching in bed, to help you sleep!)

i have seen a lot of these videos that combine whispering/mouth sounds with face touching. but in many of those videos, the whispering/mouth sounds are not in sync with the face touching movements. in this video, they're mostly in sync, which is something that i like!! in other words, i like it when people make the "touching" movements at the same time as they make whispering sounds or mouth sounds, so it creates the illusion that each movement makes a sound! 😃 i wish more people did that.

i’m baaaaack… 😏😏😏 actually, i didn’t really want to come back right now!! you see, i said that i’m on hiatus, and that’s because i was busy juggling a lot of things i’m trying to do right now. the thing is, that hasn’t changed. i’m no less busy than i was before, so this is not a good time for me to come out of hiatus. 😩 so, why am i doing this? i felt the need to come out of hiatus because coronavirus is causing many people to have to stay at home more than they want to. and my blog is all about relaxing at home and wearing sleepwear. i’m the type of person who likes staying at home a lot, so coronavirus hasn’t changed my lifestyle much. but i know some people are really bothered by the fact that they’re at home a lot. so i wanted to show everyone, staying at home can be fun. 🙂 of course, it’s awful that our fave events are being cancelled, and our fave stores are closed. but i’m just grateful that i am still alive, when so many other people have had their lives ended by this virus. please pray for those who have lost their loved ones. and be grateful for the life you have, even though you can’t do all the things you want right now. i care a lot about stress relief and sleep, and you can see that i’ve already talked about those things before the virus came, and i will continue to do so. i want to help people calm down. and if anyone out there is lonely/depressed and needs someone to talk to, please please please reach out to me. ❤️ or someone else. talk to SOMEONE. don’t just be quiet and hide. connect with others. by the way...

last night, i had a headache! 😖 but i got better because i went to bed, put a sleep mask on, and i put on my headphones and listened to some asmr. 😴 normally, i recommend one asmr video every tuesday, but this time, i'm late again lol... and instead of the video i had planned on recommending, i'm doing 3 others!! 😀 (SIDENOTE: i already liked the vids and subscribed to the artists, but it was on my other yt account so that's why you don't see that here) all 3 of these vids are mouth sounds, so these videos might sound strange to people who are not used to asmr. 😅 but i am used to listening to many different types of asmr, and mouth sounds happens to be my FAVORITE type of asmr!!! ✨😄✨ 1. ASMR relaxing mouth sounds and inaudible whispers by pj dreams asmr — i don't really know what to say about this one except that i have listened to it a lot of times, and i knew it would make me feel better. also, PJ has other great mouth sounds and inaudible whispers videos. very, very relaxing!!! 😊😊😊😊😊 2. ENG) ASMR | Rough mouth sounds (comfortable tone of speaking) | Male Korean - Mouth Sound by uno asmr — i just think this mic is really high quality (not that i know anything about mics... but i like this one) the sounds he makes are soooo soothing!!! i love this video!! ❤️😃❤️😃❤️😃 3. Feel sleepy K.i.s.s. sounds :-X ASMR 2020.ver by veiled asmr — i love everything about this video. 😍 the fact that he does more than one kind of mouth sound, the fact that he adds some hand sounds and some subtle mic touching (when his lips occasionally touched the mic), the inaudible whispering, the setup with two mics instead of one. this is a video that can sometimes give me "tingles" (and i don't get tingles often). 😍😍😍😍😍 last pic: i have an oil diffuser, and i put peppermint and tea tree oils into it so that i could smell the scents as i was resting. ☺️ these scents helped me feel better! 👍 so, recovering from my headache was a result of getting some sleep, breathing in nice scents, and listening to asmr.

these slippers look like cute little sweaters for your feet! 😆😆😆 i got these from JC Penney. the brand name is MIXIT, and the slippers have some gripping dots on the bottom to help your feet grip the floor better, and the dots spell out “MIXIT.” (but it’s hard to see in the video) oh, and these were on sale for only $4!! one thing about me, i love cheap stuff. 😄

💗love is an action... so put it into action! many people describe “love” as a feeling. but that’s not how i see it. there’s attraction, infatuation, affection... and other things like that, which are feelings. but i think love should be thought of as an action. to me, “love” means that you do things to benefit someone else. it means thinking about someone else before thinking about yourself. it’s not the natural way our brains work. we tend to think about ourselves first and other people second. that’s not what “love” is. think about ways you can put love into action. it could be with a romantic partner, OR a family member or friend! step outside of your own shoes and think about their perspective. don’t just see things from your own perspective! take actions that show love by benefiting someone else. this is how you can become a more loving person. it’s not about feelings. it’s about choosing to take action. let’s be more loving on valentine’s day... and beyond!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

this week’s #asmr recommendation is fast asmr’s “asmr crunchy ear massage and ear cleaning." this is a video i found in my early days of listening to asmr, like maybe between 1.5 to 2 years ago? can't remember. the point is, this is a video that quickly became one of my favorites!! 😍😍😍 i have listened to it so many times!! i developed an addiction to this video, lol. i had to recommend it. the video has something that seems like it would be very strange in real life, haha. i can't imagine having little rocks in my ears... 😆 but i like the sound of it in a video! there are lots of very satisfying crunchy, sticky rubbing/touching sounds. i loooove these sounds!!! 😄😄😄😄 also, there are some gentle ear cleaning sounds toward the end, as she carefully removes the rocks. i hope you become addicted to this video like i did. ☺️ every tuesday, i recommend an asmr video because i want to share videos with you that have made me feel relaxed. but this week's video was late because i was busy yesterday... sorry! 3 natural skincare products that have great scents!!! 😊 i've been trying out a few different products here and there, still trying to figure out the best products to keep my skin healthy. so, i don't have one particular skincare routine or one brand i think is the best. but i did want to show you guys some of my favorite scents (even though i'm actually not good at describing scents lol). all these products are all-natural, no synthetic ingredients! 🌱 on the left is aja naturals’ creamy cocoa whipped sugar scrub. i love sugar scrubs... i love exfoliating! 😄 and i'm so happy i got this scrub because of the sweet scent. it smells like a dessert. it's like... a soft and gentle chocolate scent? it is so nice and sweet. ❤️ and the scrub is "creamy" like the name suggests. in the middle is lo and behold naturals’ neroli and chamomile facial serum. yeah i don't really know how to describe this scent, but it's soooo good! it has a sweet flowery type of scent i think??? the point is, it's a scent that to me is pretty distinct and stands out. 🙂 i always like to smell it. it's a very pleasant scent, and it feels soft on your skin. on the right is alywillow organics’ sweet magic level 4 massage moisturizer. (and, there is a collection of several products with this same scent.) the scent is light and gentle, fresh and sweet. (yes, i used "sweet" to describe three different scents. i'm so bad at this) the bottle says that the product promotes "calm, relaxed feelings," and i agree! 😃 it has a scent that lifts up your mood and calms you (and the liquid formula moisturizes your skin). all three of these products are perfect for getting yourself into a more relaxed mood. to me, skincare is an important part of relaxation. you will love these scents!!! 💕☺️💕
