Of course, traveling through time was the ultimate gamble, he never quite knew where he would end up, or if he would return to wherever he was going. He knew he would try — no he would reach his destination in time, the question was when, and how. Surely, he’d find a way. 

Even despite such determination, wherever this gate had taken him had confounded him. Lost, and somewhat confused, he gazes around for any familiarity, any clue to where the Historia Crux has flowed him too.

“ Hey, Ma’m — I’m kinda lost, do you think ya could help me out? I just need directions — “  He thought, but then again directions would be rather useless if he had no idea of this area in the first place.

      && It is an expression marked with shock and confusion that she had come across him       here—— After all of her looking and false hopes, she had finally found him. He is  turned       away, clueless to her presence, && All she had to do was call out, call his name, a name       she had not said directly to the other in years. && When she calls his name she would       be with him once again, && this time she would not let him go. But the only issue was       that she could not get herself to say it, as she was still in shock. 

      It was not until he started to walk away that there was a panic, a small gasp had left her       tiers && she began to shake. Why had her body decided to react like this was something       she would never know, but she pushed past it && took all that was needed to call out       for him—- Hopefully he would hear her. 

                                                         “Snow! Wait! Don’t go—-”

Of course, despite the joyous reunion, Bhunivelze’s defeat, and the creation of the new world, on their way back down, they had been separated. Not disheartened, he had looked for her, he was looking for her, and he would continue looking for her until the end of the world and time came once again.

As he stood there, he did not expect a familiar voice to call out to him and his heart - desperation evident, and love still wrapped firmly around sounds. The separation, the longed  reunion, carried through her voice to his ears. 

Without hesitation, he turns around, calling out to her in return. 

“ Serah — “

“ Serah! “

Arms latched themselves quickly around her, picking her up  and spinning her around. There is only love, and joy in his veins, his head spinning with stars, all of the hope and energy he had carried, finally drawing her back to him.

Of course, even truths now had to be shed — It was obvious something poked and prodded at the other, a truth Noel did not want to say. Something almost other worldly, horrifying danced on his tongue.

But Snow waited, having a idea in his stomach. Serah — she was no longer here, but for what reason? What reason would Noel have for having trouble telling the other such a thing? Was she...dead? Was she trapped in the void? Had the chaos simply swallowed her up in it’s rampage through the world?

But he still did not speak, silence over normally  audible lips.

Of course, we know Snow was an Orphan. He was raised in a Sanctum facility, and childhood friends with Gadot and Lebreau. It’s not stated whether or not they are orphans, raised in the same facility, but neither is it safe to assume that they were simply residents of Bodhum living with their respective families.

But of course, it doesn’t really matter. Either way, I don’t doubt the support they gave him as children, the friendship they had, greatly affected him and helped him. Being an orphan, there was no doubt feelings of inferiority (unless there is evident to prove there was stability and mental care in place by the Sanctum in order to assure the children they were not inferior, and that it wasn’t their fault, and that they weren’t ‘useless’ etc etc. However, judging by the fact it is referred to as a facility in canon suggests this was not the case.)

So, as such, Snow’s main truly personal and close support no doubt came from Gadot and Lebreau and their respective families. If one of them had a large family, this could also be what Snow saw as desirable and something he mulled around in his mind for years — wanting a big giant family were nobody was lonely and left behind.

Also Snow’s transition from being an orphan with nobody to having friends ,and being a leader of NORA and standing up for others shows just how resilient he is - he is a determined man. At any point, Snow could’ve gone in the other direction, he could’ve chosen to be weighed down by his burdens and break, but he actively decided he wanted a better life for himself.
