Sadman is still finding it hard to Exercise, but he is getting good at Stretching! Warm-ups are important, and sometimes, even if you don’t do Running, or Throwing, or Sport, just doing a little bit of Stretching might help!
Sadman tried Yoga, since it’s basically Big Stretching, but it was too difficult... For now, at least. Baby steps! He won’t Give Up, Sadman will just take it slow, and work his way up!
