Reminder:

When you’re emotionally and physically tired, and you think a lot about something. You’ll get to mix everything up, you’re emotions, you’re actions that can result to a negative outcome. You have to simply breathe, take a rest... Pause for a while, problems are inevitable but we need to unwind in order to resolve them.
