All religions confuse me to an extent although I’m somewhat sympathetic to the existence of God (the fact that God is depicted almost exclusively as a man is where I take issue). But Mormonism confuses me more than any Joseph Smith was such a clear con artist? And at least the bible has historical basis to an extent like yes Jesus was a real guy and some stories in it have some kernels of truth elaborated for a message.
