Thinking about how mack would LOVE cats,i just know it
They have a cat in the ship(also chica is there)and the cat is most of the times with mack but he's like "whatever"but he secretly loves the cat and the attention!!!the cat takes naps on his lap and he doesn't move at all till the cat leaves and when someone(the captain most of the time)points that out he acts like it's nothing
Also the captain takes photos with the tablet/datapad(it has a camera okay?) when mack isn't looking or is sleeping and they have a folder full of cute pictures of mack and the cat <3 (but the captain isn't going to show them to mack in case he deletes them or gets furious)

i haven't posted anything in a couple of months,i have been busy with college and getting depressed about how my country is about to crash due to the stuff the new president is doing so that kinda made me not want to write(i tried,i have a lot of wips not finished) and i also got a writer's block that hopefully leaves me alone

Getting out of the cryopod you just quietly said hello to Mack and went to do the stuff you were required to. It wasn't a lot since Mack was now "the captain" but you just didn't mind that much,it was a very exhausted job and he did it better than you ever did
Mack was an odd guy,sometimes he treated you like shit but sometimes when he was in a good mood(which was VERY rarely)he would treat you nicely
But you of course,had somehow found yourself liking him,who knows how. It just simply happened and you weren't a fan of that
You were about to leave to help Celci when you heard your name being called
"Yes?"You turned around looking at Mack
"Aren't you forgetting something?"Frowning a little,looking at each other you were trying to remember what you were missing but nothing came to mind
Without thinking how what you were about to do was a bad idea,you moved closer towards him and cupped his head with your hands and gave him a kiss.Which he kissed you back almost instantly
When you two separated,you could clearly see a blush on his cheeks
"I-i meant this"He said giving you your datapad
"Oh"You took it and without another word you started to walk away from him
But a hand on your wrist stopped you from doing that
"Thank you for the kiss thought,we should do that again sometime"He said while giving you a smirk
This is just a drabble because i have been rewatching the show and i fell in love with derek once again

Traveling with the band that your younger brother was part of was sometimes fun, other times(just like this one) it turned out to be bad.
It was time to sleep and as always the band(and you) couldn't afford rooms for the five of you so you just sleep in the van
“So,who's sleeping on the floor?”Asked Derek and immediately there was shouting and nobody could understand each other
“GUYS”Screamed Tripp
“What?”Said the other four people in the van
“Stop it!”
“Okay”
“Maybe we should take turns”You proposed”I take one of the seats and share it with someone and in a few hours we change it,it's that okay?”Everyone nodded
“Good then”Said Derek”I'm going to share the seat with (y/n) and you guys can sleep in the floor”He smirked at the thought of being close to you

Derek opened his eyes remembering that he was sleeping in the van with the guys.He felt something being pressed against his chest and when he looked down he saw (y/n)´s body
He noticed how his arm was holding their waist,he moved to be closer to them and rested his head on top of theirs
Feeling relaxed,he smiled and fell asleep once again
Oh how he wished this could be how he fell asleep every night
