How'd you lose the weight and how long did it take?
I takes me thirty - forty days to lose an average of 30lbs. I make sure that always have daily goals, and I be super obsessed with what I eat. My main goals that I follow everyday are these:
1. five cups of green tea (no sugar) with soy if needed
2. Minimum of five bottles of water (having drinking goals like this takes away any chance of you having time or the need to eat anything).Â
3. No fried foods (the only time I use oil is when I make chocolate mug cakes or roasted chickpeas and it is always ONE tbsp.
4. go to the gym or do something at home at least four times a week for an hour (you can break it into intervals and it should be cardio based) If you donât have time to do that, then what I did in the beginning was drink and do 50 - 100 jumping jacks every time I went to the bathroom before I left. they are quiet and keeps your heart rate up and there is a serious after burn of calories as well, so you would have done a minimum of 600 jumping jacks everyday - depending on your weight that is 1200 calorie burn including the after burn.Â
5. I only ate once a day and made sure that it was never anything over 500 calories, or past 5pm (basically after dark).Â
6. I like waking up early and having long term projects to work on, so that I have a purpose, it seriously helps with confidence and makes me eat healthier and go to the gym more. Usually at the latest I woke up 7:30 am and made sure that I took baths and facial routines to take of myself and YOGA!!!! it is so good, just stretch and breath (breathing in and holding your breath and then letting it out after seven seconds actually releases your body fat and then the second you start moving it burns away). 7. Push ups and crunches are best friend you get toned and it takes five seconds do reps of 10 every time and just see how long you last as you coordinate between after every snack and meal. After about two weeks I lost 14.8 lbs and I lost a lot of cravings and desire to eat because it was coordinated with working out in a way I didnât enjoy - so I just drank tea.Â
8. Have a favourite tea mine is peppermint because helps with digestion and try to stay away from sugar if you donât like sweeteners because of the artificial taste, I suggest Sweetnâ low it is a sweetener and it doesnât taste artificial at all and is 0 calories (itâs my favourite and super cheap, you can by 200 pack for 4$)Â
9. Check your weight everyday, if the majority of your days are plateau and weight lose then youâre on the right track.Â
10. I also always look at thins in the morning and before I go to bed, and I make myself a sexy bible with weekly goals of 5lbs which I usually surpass. (I should be 95lbs by latest May - always give yourself some mess up time to correct yourself).
11. I have also been losing weight a lot faster now because of mountain climbers, only eating in the morning and cutting ALL junk food I basically only eat veggies with a side of blueberries and bananas (it is so good!).Â
