I close my eyes and dream
I want that pink dress!
I reached 145.6 on Wednesday January 18th
Yesterday morning I was 146.4! Going to bed at 164.8! This means I might wake up being 145lbs. If I workout in the morning I might weigh 144! Which means I’ll either way 144 or 143 tomorrow!!! I’m getting so far away from my 150-160-75lbs era. I’m literally feeling fantastic.
Yesterday morning I was 147.2. Im in a plateau
I hit 146lbs after my workout yesterday, also woke up around 147.4! I wonder if I ate too much and worked out too little. I wonder if i will plateau or gain. I hope that I loose weight magically overnight to break the plateau.
I’ll try the diet soda diet. With portioned crackers throughout the day.
I’ll find a multi-vitamin, and alternate days for iron and omega 3 fatty acid supplements. I may also look for a vegan protein shake when I’m at school.
1 boiled potato/tomatoes if I need something real.
A diet of crackers and 0 calorie soda, water, tea, coffee and supplements should do for me since I am so fat. This is also budger friendly for college students like me.
This post is just for me, no one else should follow this
Morning Ritual Reset 5am/6am
1. Look at tumblr for inspo in 10 minutes or less (set timer)
2. Drink water before coffee
3. Watch 1 kpop dance practice video/tumblr
4. Set timer to 5 minutes, & be out the door to hit the gym.
If you workout too hard (HIIT), you will trigger yourself to eat more. Workout for a long time.
Diet:
~Caffinate after workout period not before, or caffinate if missed workout period.~
1. Let’s be intentional and intuitive about what I will eat.
No ALC!!!! No pasta, potato, rice, avocado, added oils/butters, or anything triggering.
- Portioned crackers
- Water
- Coffee
- Plant based milk
- Tea
- 0 cal soda
- tomato paste/ vegan boullion/ vinegar
- Celery, cabbage, carrots, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms.
You’ll be so sad, but so happy that you are loosing weight and saving money.
(Later you can have frozen mixed veggies, & brocculi, potato and rice again. I should wait on these healthy foods because they are triggering for me, and easy to overeat on).
Remember to stay busy, hydrated, and well rested. If you stay up too long, you’ll want to eat more and be too tired in the morning to workout or do anything.
Work your weekends away so you are too busy to eat, & during the week focus on working out in the morning, going to class, and doing homework/projects/meetings, and sleeping on time! Just live to meet your goals, you got this! <3
The day was going good until I decided to finish my bottle of vodka. If I don’t stock my refrigerator and make an effort to bring a snack to class I think I won’t have anything in my fridge to destroy my progress.
I messed up today. Today I began the day at 151.2, worked out and was 149.6, binged etc.. let’s see what my morning weight is. Even if it’s higher, I promise myself there will be better days!

Lifestyle change
Make an effort not to spend money on groceries.
When you do buy groceries buy nothing that contains high amounts of fat, no added oils with the exception of plant based milk.
1. No oils/ plant based butters
2. No pasta, ramen, chips, icecream.
3. Carbs are ok. Watch it since you are sitting around to loose weight all day. Literally.
4. NO ALC. If you want to have a round belly and a fat face and weight that stays for life don’t drink it. Find something else that is fizzy, and 0 calories.
You may drink ALC during networking events, but try not too. Don’t drink alone, drink with a trusted friend, and not too much. :)
Condiments allowed: Anything 0 calories and oil free. (Watch the mustard bc it causes gas/bloating
**meal prep for school so that you are not tempted to spend money on chips/convenience stuff. **
Remember don’t finish your meal prep if you want to loose weight. Finish it for dinner so that you can loose weight, save time on cooking and money too!
REMEMBER that sleep is important. If you go to bed hungry you wake up thinner. If you stay up you will get hungry. If you sleep, you will be more rested and more productive.
Update in 2023
I maintained being 147lbs all december long except for the week after christmas and this first week of 2023. I went from 147.8 to 151.2. I believe I am 147lbs, and that I will be at a lighter weight soon because I havent exercised in 2 weeks.
Edit: I am proud of myself. December 2021 I weighed up to 177lbs and maintained 167-174.5lbs. In 2022, waivered between 146-154lbs.
What will be my waivering weight this year?
Today, I will set some diet and weight goals.
