Will craned his neck slightly in order to see the headline better. His eyebrows were almost meeting in the middle, surely she knew something about it. It was too much of a coincidence, regardless of how little he wanted to believe it. There was something going on.
“Elizabeth, apparently. You happen to know a Felix?” He laughed it off, shrugging his shoulders and carefully tucking the paper under his arm. The wrong time to approach the subject, perhaps.
Liz glanced up at him, “William, are you trying to say something?” She asked, eyes never leaving him. “Do you want me to say yes, I am Elizabeth Irene Howard and yes my brother is Felix Howard?”
There was a visible wince as she pushed and prodded at his arguement. He was content to stare at his feet as he shuffled around, trying to look vaguely preoccupied. Her eyes could be likened to lasers, and the carefully practised expression -complete with a quirked brow- had started to feel a little too familiar by now.
