This screenshot i had in "All in a Good Cause" had me thinking, did Series 3 also create a sort of rift between Sam and Elvis too, but as a subplot?

So i'll write this up

Sam always would stand next to Penny and insists on some "maintenance checks" which turns out it's just a time of flirting for them, while Elvis tries to cook something up. But fails to do so. Sam does with his inventions, they spend more time too.

Penny was seen more in Sam's house (what did they do 😏)

And Penny doesn't quite like Elvis stuttering, not being so direct to the point, and made it slightly lose her patience around him.

Sorry Penvis/Elvny shippers, but yeah that's so.

As far as today, they're both 67 years old, turning 68 this year. And just retired from the Pontypandy Fire Brigade, as Fireman Elvis Cridlington (b. 23 June 1963) now took over the duties as Station Officer.

Pretty much, so, the end of Series 4 takes place in 1985. And later, surprise surprise, they turn out they liked each other so much. More than just friends, they became together by that point. And even got married, they date to get married. Not for the mood. In August 1985. Just a month before Penny's birthday.

They also have kids ofc, the Jones-Morris family 🥰

This ceasefire deal is 3 phases, the first is a 42 day pause for hostage exchange which is set to start on SUNDAY, as long as Netanyahu’s cabinet signs off on it. The IOF is not expected to fully retreat from Gaza, but stay to ‘mandated zones’. Palestinians are meant to be able to return to their homes, but with Israeli soldiers still there, this is not a guarantee. The 600 aid trucks a day into Gaza during this 42 day phase 1 is still not enough.

THIS IS NOT OVER. We do not know the details of phase 2 and 3, and nothing has been agreed for these phases in writing. We must not get complacent in this moment of respite. Please, do not stop fighting. This is not over until every Palestinian can return home, until the occupation is gone, until all of Palestine is free.

Keep protesting and campaigning, keep donating because aid organisations need all the help they can get, especially in the next 6 weeks, and it might be the only window people get to evacuate. This is a step in the right direction, but it is not over.
