Don't Make Them Yellow.

When we asked you not to whitewash Alyx. We did not mean for you to make her yellow. And we did not ask you to whitewash Christopher or make him yellow either.

I'm happy we like these characters enough to draw them but. You can't just be drawing Asian characters yellow. That shit is a racist stereotype that we should be leaving behind.

I'm not saying you ABSOLUTELY MUST colorpick off the characters. I understand that isn't practical for a lot of styles and jpeg artifacting distorts colors, but when you're drawing all the other characters with these orange and red tones, and then you draw the Asian characters with yellow tones that dont exist on their color palette- it's fucking weird.

Alyx is more orange toned and Christopher leans more red. Neither of them are yellow. Neither of them should be drawn yellow. If you're struggling with this, maybe just stick to colorpicking until you develop an eye for skintones. Here's a tutorial even.

I love Alyx dearly and Christopher so far is one of my favorite hl2vrai characters, I hate to see them whitewashed or made to look like racist caricatures. It's not a lot of people, but it's enough to be concerning.
