it’s the fact that like the worldbuilding didn’t feel satisfying, the final battle didn’t feel satisfying, the ends of the character arcs didn’t feel completely satisfying

Episode 7 of Stranger Things Volume 2 has an low rating due to the barrage of homophobic reviews following Will's coming out. To call it "unnecessary" completely ignores who Will is and what the series has been about from the beginning: difference, exclusion, and the harm caused by rejection. Stranger Things is not neutral; it rightly criticizes those attacking this episode today. If you love the show and its message, vote and don't let hate distort its value. Stranger Things never was, and NEVER will be, a space for homophobia.

Volume 2 has clearly been manipulated! The following images show alleged scenes that were cut during editing. Although it's not confirmed, we need answers, and it would make sense if it were true given the inconsistencies in this volume.

There’s not much I can say that hasn’t already been said; but I’m over the moon today, guys.

Volume 1 was a love story to Will Byers and queer people in general. He is happy, confident, standing up for himself and his loved ones.

His friendship with Robin not only helped him tap into his supernatural abilities, it also encouraged him to look inside and love himself.

This Will Byers loves himself 🥹

Noah knocked it out of the park. I knew we could trust him. I never doubted him once and he delivered that and more. I could not be more proud of him. The importance and power of a queer man playing a queer character through an arc of self-acceptance and empowerment cannot be overstated. And I’m so glad it was our guy that got to do it.

I can’t wait to see what else he has in store for us in Volume 2 and I can’t wait for him to get his flowers in award season 😉
