This started as just a sketch in my sketchbook. From there I just lost control. The character on the right is Miguel from Disney/Pixar’s “Coco”, and the character on the left is Gris Grimly’s design for Tom Skelton from Ray Bradbury’s “The Halloween Tree.” I thought they both looked a lot alike, and they both touch upon themes of Dia de los Muertos, so it seemed like a natural crossover.

From modest beginnings, out at my mom’s house. When you don’t have room in your apartment-sized rental home, you start asking for favors. This is just the beginning though, let’s hope! I ordered way bigger speakers, already. And an actual video camera to assist with recordings.
